Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for 100 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D- 2,(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for 40 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B- 1,(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick PCC interlocking tiles (rubber laminated finish) of size and shape as approved, laid dry on sand not less than 40 mm thick, interstices filled in floor/pathway complete all as specified and directed. (sand cushion shall not be measured and paid seperately).

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as coping and bed block, wall through and the tiles including weathering slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing wherfe directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exc 0.50 cum and getting out in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken / rubble mixed wirh earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm, thick watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and deposited where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beams, Tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance piece, cleats etc of Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting with two coats of synthetic enamal paint over one coat of red oxide after preparing new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating fire proof roof sheeting steel sheet as in roof covering 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F automatic medical gas alarm panel (Analog) of following categories where the number indicates the number of gases the system can handle. The system contains analog meters for displaying pressure of the different gases coming from the pipe lines. The system generates appropriate alarm in case of High pressure or Low Pressure in any gas. Oxygen System all as spacified and directed for the following :-

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Automatic Control Panel. The system should cosist of control panel connecting two Manifold Head and shall have option of gas specific Copper pigtail or SS braiding high pressure flexible Tail Pipe for connecting compressed gas cylinder to manifold though HP non-return valve to form a gas bank.

S & F vaccum receiver tank of 500 ltr capacity. The vacuum receiver shall be made of rust free corrosion resistant steel and fabricated as per ASTM/BS/ISO/DIN standard for a vacuum pressure of 760mmHg. It should include bypass valves, manual drain valves, vacuum gauge.

Anti bacterial Filter.Each individual filter shall have the capacity to deliver full design flow such that one set is designated duty and the other will be standby. Bacteria filters shall have efficiency at least 99.999% when tested by the sodium flame method in accordance with BS 3928:1969/ respective standard utilising particles in the 0.02 to 2 micron size range. The pressure drop across each clean filter at 50% of the system design flow should not exceed 25 mm Hg (3 kPa) at a vacuum of 475mm of Hg (63 kPa). Bacteria filters shall be marked with the legend ‘Bio-Hazard’.
