Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and nut/bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waste slab with suitable arrangement.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete type of 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) for building blocks slabs etc (plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in mortar 1:6 complete in walls.

M & L Rendering 15mm thick CM (1:4) in two layers on fair faces of concrete surfaces of walls mixed with LWPC by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instruction, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete. (Note: LWPC)

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium Acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004. Akali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of approved shade (Company Depo/Tinted) with silicon additives @ 143ml per 10 litre and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm over new surfaces.
