Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers nexc 25cm as in soil complete all specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point with soil complete all specified and directed.

Suppl and laying HDPE pipe double wall medium class, ISI Marked corrugated as in cable protection pipe of outer dia 40 mm including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe double wall medium class, ISI Marked corrugated as in cable protection pipe of outer dia 50 mm including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe double wall medium class, ISI Marked corrugated as in cable protection pipe of outer dia 90 mm including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion/ laying of 40 mm to 90 mm bore HDPE pipe of any description below/under existing road surfaces / floors at a level not less than 0.60 metre etc with using mechanical or manual devices as required at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing after laying pipes complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Cost of equipment tools and plant material (horizontal boring rig machine) required for boring shall be arranged by contractor at no extra cost to the Govt.

Supply, errecting fixing of steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP -31) 09 Mtr long, conforming to IS 2713 (Part - I and III) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts , nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole with and including 2 coats of black bituminous paint internally and externally upto planting depth and remaing exterior portion of pole finished with two coat of synthetic paint in 30 cm wide bands/strips around the poles alternately with black and red radium strips up to height of 1.5 Mtr from top of PCC coping of the pole and including writing pole No in 8 cm height letter with black enamelled paint in a circle of 20 cm dia with base of synthetic enamelled paint ( Colour approved by GE) on pole at above top most band with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded sand stone aggregate ) in the base and foundation upto ground level and PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded black trap/granite/basalt stone aggregate) for coping as per TD drawing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cross arms, danger notice board, anti-climbing device shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor ISI marked confirming to IS 7098 Part-I of size 10 sq mm 4 core in trench/floor/on pole/wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor ISI marked confirming to IS 7098 Part-I of size 25 sq mm 4 core in trench/floor/on pole/wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing , Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of size 20 mm dia ISI marked heavy duty (fixing from junction box to street light on pole) for passing cable of size 2.5 Sqmm 2 Core, including clamps made out of MS flat 25x6 mm and necessary nut, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing junction/looping box polycarbonate alongwith clamps complete, pole mounted right hinged looping box of size 300mm x200mm x105mm with MCB SP 6 Amp capacity, aluminum bus bar-4 Nos fixed on ebonite insulator suitable capacity for 3 phase and neutral complete with necessary MS clamp made of 25 x3 mm MS flat, bolts, Nuts, washers etc for fixing to steel tubular /rail pole including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections, 4 Sqmm one twin core cable flat or circula complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, installation , Testing and Commissioning Outdoor type cubicle Bus Bar aluminium Chamber 400 Amps for three phases, 4 wire IP-65 protection rupturing capacity at 415 volts , factory made having powder coating including necessary angle iron and PCC foundation of size as directed and earth work, complete all as specified and directed.

Notes:- (i) On testing, after completion of Job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone at without any extra cost by contractor.

Supply & installation of 16 M high internally & externally Hot dip galvanised high mast shaft in two sections, each section is made up of 3 mm thick HT Steel Sheet Conforming to grade S355JO, E 350. The shaft shall be continuously tapered with single longitudinal welding and no circumferential welding. Two sections of the shaft are press fit at site to achieve the height. Top A/F of the shaft is 150 mm and bottom A/F is 410 mm. Base plate of 570 mm. X 30mm (thick) shall be welded (inside & outside) with shaft Eight (8) no. M30.X 850 mm long bolts with template & anchor plate are included in supply for fixing of mast with foundation using 8 nos. existing holes on mast base plate. High mast is structurally suitable to accommodate 8 to 12 nos. LED Flood light in symmetrical orientation at a wind speed of 180 km/hr as per IS 875. The mast shall be supplied with weather proof & vandal resistant inbuilt flash door including locking arrangement with Alan key. Double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope, 5C 2.5 Sqmm trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial, twin dome aviation light and control panel will be a part of the supply with mast and the following items No 19.01 complete all as specified and directed

(i) Foundation bolts manufactured from special steel alongwith nuts, washer, anchor plates and templates. (ii) LED aviation obstruction light 20 watt Each -02. (iii) Supply of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 35 sq. mm and outgoing 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals suitable for 3 ph 4 wire 415 V power supply. (iv) Construction of suitable shallow foundation of size as specified by manufacturer with 'M'-20 concrete for the High Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/Sqm at minimum 2 Mtr depth with all materials and labours complete as per design given by high mast manufacturer including base foundation, nut bolts etc all as specified and directed. (v) Material of construction - BSEN 10025 or equivalent. (vi) Joints shall be stress slip fit joints. (vii) Length of overlap 1.50 times form the dia of insertion approx. (viii) Thickness of Galvanisation average 65 Microns. (ix) Size of Door opening at base of Mast Should be not less than as specified by manufacturer. (x) Method of operation - Motor and manual both. (xi) Power tool shall be of integral type, minimum capacity of motor - as specified by manufacturer of single speed Reversible type 3 phase 415 volts. (xii) The top of the mast is to be covered to avoid water logging inside the structure. Note:- (i) Cost of equipment for loading/ unloading of high mast at site and erection is deemed to be included in above rate. (ii) Cost of earth work and PCC work is deemed to include in above rate and will be carried out as per manufacturer instructions. (iii)Aviation light rate deemed including rate quoted in the above. (iv) Design and securing of housing for light tube done by contractor. Cost for same will be deemed to be inclusive of price quoted.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 250 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

S & F double wall corrugated pipe of 63 mm of outer dia and 50 mm inner dia as per IS 16025 Part 24 with connecting accessories complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing sheet metal enclosure, outdoor type factory made with 63 Amp, 4 pole MCCB 25 KA with thermal magnetic alongwith adjustable magnetic protection for current setting KV=Ics=100% complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation testing & commissioning of industrial coolers having air flow rate of 8000 cum/hr with a 3 speed motor and air flow upto 18m with high density cooling pads and heavy duty castor wheels complete all as specified and directed.
