Material & Labour for chemical Descalining (using magnetic pumpset & 1001 chemical) shell and tube type condensser by circulating aforementioned chemical through for 4/ 6 hours ,checking the PH of solution with PH paper & bringing it within the control , Opening the end cover of condenser and cleaning inner tube manually with the help of nylon / wire brush until complete scale to be removed and flush out with fresh water. Reassembling the end cover including replacment of gasket, nuts bolts ,washer etc. as required and testing for smooth running of the plant,complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for decorbonising of contol panel of AC plant wiring,including all internal area of panel with vacuum cleaner with out damaging existing control wiring if any damage / found fault during the decorbonising. Note All cleaning material supplied by the contractor. Each Job Excess(+) Full Conversion INR

Supply and Fix 3 way motorised modulating valves suitable for Precision air conditioning unit (PAC) of following size:-

Taking out unserviceble PAC Unit Floor / Wall Mounted Type 4.38 TR Model MUO11C Make GEA installed in building no P 216-217 and Disconnecting the electrical and mechanical connection transporting to and return back from work shop Complete overhauling and repair of PAC Unit of capacity 4.38 TR Cleaning, Oiling, greasing and replacement of other worn out/unsv parts of PAC Unit if required Repair Replacement of the Following Parts - Cost of same should be included in the quoted Rate 1) VMR -6 Voltage Controller 2) Fuse Assembly and Fuse 3) MCB as per exisitng Sample 4) Repair/Replacement of Blower - 2 nos 5) Filter 6) Repair/Replacement of Blower Motor 7) Repair/Replacement of Heater assembly Re-assembling of PAC Unit and Re-installing PAC unit and Connection to original position and testing on full load all as directed. Supply and fix cast iron butterfly valve with maching double flanges ,gasket, necessary hardware complete all as specified and all as directed for the following size :-

Supply and Fix Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed globe valve cast copper alloy to match with the existing of following size including cutting welding/brazing required if any all as required at site.

Supply and Fix balancing valves for Chilled water line of following sizes :-

Disconnecting the electrical and mechanical connection of burnt electrical motors from the existing site / location, transporting to work shop ,Rewinding of electrical motors by dismantling and removing the burnt copper winding wire, cleaning the slots of stator with petrol and brushes, winding polyster based super enamelled copper wire of same gauge of original one with proper class of insulation including varnishing and heating the coil and remove air bubbles complete stator / rotor after rewinding reassembling all parts including bringing it back to installation , re-installing making alignment to get trouble free operation connection to original position and testing on full load all as directed by Engineer -in -charge for different capacity of motor as per following :-

Supply only 3 pole power contactor, coil voltage 230/415 Volts for following capacity motors:-

Supply and Fix bimetal over load realay of following Range :-

Material & Labour for removal of following size of pipe as existing Unservicable damaged insulation from chilled water pipe and M&L for chilled water pipe insulation half section PUF shall be bonded to the Surface of pipe with adhesive and binded with metal binding wire. This lnsulation should be covered with fibre glass clothing and finally be finished with zylon base weather proof coating with two coats of AC ducting E 96 (Fevicol Make) as under:- (a) M&L for cleaning the pipe surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all Pipe joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) The adhesive shall be used for bonding the seams securely together including butt & logitudinal joints, fittings and coverings must be closed with adhesive. (c) The adhesive shall be specially formulated fot the pipe insulation applicationand supplied by the insulatin manufacturer and have excellent bonding to porousand non porous surfaces.
