CONSTRUCTION/ FABRICATION OF ROOM FOR PSA / OXYGEON GENERATION PLANT IN CIVIL HOSPITAL AT HISAR (PDG. E.I. INTERNAL ONLY).

Amount

Supply and erection of M.S. angle iron frame duly welded for housing M.S. sheet & main switches etc. on it, fixed on wall by means of suitable size of rag bolts with cement concrete ,duly painted with three coats of approved paint including one coat of red oxide. (HSr 31.13) Size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm.

M.S.Sheet (HSr 31.14) i) Supply and erection of 3 mm thick mild steel sheet duly welded on existing M.S. angle iron frame for fixing the main switches etc. as required, duly painted with three coats of approved paint including one coat of red oxide.

Miniature Circuit Breaker and Isolator. Supply and erection of miniature circuit breaker / isolator 240 /415 V in the existing distribution board including making necessary connections. (HSR 31.17) Miniature circuit breakers of 9 KA breaking capacity. ii) SP MCB 6 amp. to 32 amp.

iii) SPN MCB 6 amp. To 32 amp.

ix) TP MCB 40 amp. to 63 amp.

Supply and erection of Fittings and Accessories. (HSR 31.18). xi) Bakelite angle / straight button holder large size.

xxiv) Erection only of 1x40 watts or 2x40 watts 1220 mm long /1x20 watts or 2x20 watts ,610 mm long fluorescent tube fitting directly on wall including necessary connections with 0.75 sqmm ( 24 / 0.20 mm ) PVC copper flexible cable for connecting the tube with the adjecent point.

Erection and carriage of fans (HSR 31.20) i) Erection of ceiling fan complete with necessary earthing of fan and regulator including carriage from local railway station /goods transport /PWD store to the site of work.

iii) Erection of exhaust fan complete with necessary earthing of fan and regulator including carriage from local railway station /goods transport /PWD store to he site of work.

Pipe Laying: Supply and erection of pipe for wiring purposes including bends inspection boxes etc. where necessary and painting as required. (HSR 31.21). xii) Galvanized iron pipe 40 mm dia on flushed.

xxii) Heavy guage welded conduit pipe 25 mm dia 1.60 mm thickness flushed.

(Q) Earthing (HSR 31.22). iii) Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required.

v) Extra for charcoal or coke and salt for G.I. Plate or copper plate earth electrode.

x) Pdg. and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode as required .

Supply and erection of under ground cable ,loose in existing pipe or trenches complete with necessary connections. (HSR 31.26). xxvi) 35 Sq. mm 3.5 Core Ard. Cable.

PVC Insulated wiring in recessed conduit. (HSR 31.36) Wiring in 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conduct cable in 1.6 mm thick conduit pipe. i) Fan Point b) Medium Point

v) Cable size 10 sqm(7/1.35 mm)

S/E of double door sheet steel enclosure distribution board suitable for MCCb and ELCBs recessed in wall including bonding to earth with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.( HSR 31.41). i) 4-way, SP&N (Horizontal)

Supply and erection of module case circuit breaker single pole/ 4 pole on wall /on existing pedestal including bounding to earth and making necessary connection required to complete the job in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work. (HSr 31.69). iv) 4 Pole MCCB 6 to 63 amp

Non Schedule Items: Supply & erection of MCCB Box suitable for upto 100 amp MCCB of Havell's make complete with all accessories complete in all respect upto to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in Charge of the work.

Non Schedule Items: Supply only of AC Ceiling fan without regulator of size 1200 mm (48") sweep complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work. Orient/ Crompton/ Havell's make.

Non Schedule Items: Supply of Industrial Heavy duty Exhaust fan 12" complete in all respect of Orient/ Crompton/ Havell's make.

Non Schedule Items: Supply and erection of Double door sheet, steel superline/ Powerline/ Loadline TPN Vertical distribution boards suitable for TP/ FP veritcal MCCBs 25 KA MCCB upto 125 amp as incomer (but without cost of MCCBs) fitted with busbars, Neutral links,& Blanking plates complete with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work. . (i) 4 Way vertical.

Non Schedule Items: S/E of 24 W indoor LED Tube fitting with batten and tube, decorative ultra slim liniare LED lighting fixture with extruded with polycarborate housing/body environmental friendly, energy effiecent completed including all petty material with labour for errection, complete in all respect of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.
