Beutification of smart park at ward no -07

Dismantling terraced roof (Madras or Orissa) including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead

Earth Work in all kinds of soil within initial lead of 50.00m and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and levelling the bed with all labour T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer - in Charge.

Filling in foundatin and plinth with sand watered and rammed etc including all cost conveyance roalty ,labour and T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer - in Charge

Cement concrete (1:4:8)with 4cm size hard granite metal per 1cum

Brick work with Fly ash bricks of 23 Cm. x 11 Cm. x 8 Cm size having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth per cum.

b) in superstructure-

R.C.C. work of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusherbroken) stone chips including hoisting and laying

Fixing ceramic wall tiles of premium grade having thickness 6.5mm to 6.7mm confirming to IS 13753 glazed tiles- 20cm x 20cm size in dados striking and rises of steps on 12mm cement plaster ( 1:3 ) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles per 1sqm ...etc

2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm size hard granite chips. On new work per 1 sqm.

Wall painting 2 coat with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on old work to give an even shade Inculding cost of paint. T&P etc complete.

Repair and renovation of nozzle with prospray sprinkler bodies with 1/2 inlet

providing fixing of SJ 512 1/2" popup connecting 4 elbow swing joint assembly
