Earth work in excavation in foundation,trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level. In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc.

Carriage of materials by manual labour including loading, unloading and stacking for lead less than 0.5 Km

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land complete as per MoRT&H specification clause 305. (Lead taken upto 5 km)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying un-reinforced, plain cement concrete mix with Concrete Mixer & vibrator pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed as per approved mix design, laid, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints etc including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.PCC M-20

Providing and laying cast-in-situ cement concrete M-20 grade kerb stone channel top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250mm high laid with kerb laying machine, on 150 mm thick PCC M-10 grade foundation (laid manually) as per design, including fixing at site as per clause 408 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc. Internal work - Exposed on wall 50 mm

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete:

Providing and fixing dry cladding upto 10 metre heights with 30mm thick gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size upto 1mx1m, fixed to structural steel frame work and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as per Architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The steel frame work, stainless steel cramps and pins etc. shall be paid for separately.)

Trenching in specified soil upto a depth of 60 cm. including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposal by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 metres and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/and farm-yard manure before and after flooding with water (excluding cost of imported earth and sludge or farm-yard manure).

Supply at site of work well decayed farm yard manure, from any available source, approved by the engineer in-charge including screening and stacking.

Digging holes in all kinds of soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with well decayed farm yard manure (cost of well decayed farm yard manure to be paid separately).Hole 0.6 m dia and 0.6 m deep

Supply and planting following in poly bags / earthen pots well branched, well established & free from disease of 900 mm min. height plants at site in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure, backfilling the hole watering etc as required.Hamelia patens ( Firebush, Thal Kamal)

Supply and planting following species best quality container grown healthy trees of 2 mt. min. height, well established & free from disease at site in 0.90 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure, backfilling the hole watering etc as required. Plumeria alba ( Champa)

Transplantation of trees with in a distance of 2km including excavation around existing tree, pruning of branches, lifting, loading and transportation of existing tree, digging pits for placing tree at new place, adding manure, sand, fertilizer, hormones and bio fertilizer to it. Levelled and neatly dressed and disposal of surplus materials from old existing and new sites to designated place. Each tree should be firmly secured to the stake so as to prevent excessive movement, flooding with water, treatment of roots, rope and gunny bags as per direction of the officer in-charge. T&P and all required materials shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. NOTE: Girth of tree shall be measured at a height of 1m above ground level. Girth of trees beyond 50cm and upto 90cm.

Supply of Chemical Fertilizers at store in bags weighing 50 kg. each including loading unloading & transporation etc. Urea

Providing and Fixing Aluminium composite panel of approved make 3mm thick with 0.5mm thick skin & PVDF coated approved shade for wall panelling. Main framing work to be done using 50mmx25mmx1.6mm tubular section of approved make. Stainless steel screw to be used to fix the ACP panel to be fixed to the main frame with industrial adhesive tape and panel groove to be sealed with weather proof silicon sealant suitable for glass/aluminium etc. complete in all respect as approved by Engineer-in-charge.
