Supply and fix 5mm thick polycarbonate sheet panel, suitable for fixing stickers in one side for various types of Sign board in Air Fied area of any size as in repairs/replacement and for new sign boards, all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for HIP (Reflective) stickers in repairs and replacement of various size and shape on different types of sign boards of Air field area using 3M ™ High Intensity Grade Prismatic Reflective sheeting 3930 to 3937 series of approved colour fixing with pressure sensitive adhesive for unique construction providing high levels of retroreflectivity for multiple traffic situations providing long term reflectivity and durability all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for AV 450 series colour vinyls stickers, as in repairs and replacement of various size and shape sign boards as writing numericals, alphabats, border and arrow etc.. of Air field area all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of CPVC Pipe of 05 mm thk and 50 mm bore to Polycarbonate sheet panel and Aluminiun sections/angles of various sizes as in support /stay for Sign boards etc.. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of aluminium angle/sections of required size and shape suitable for fixing Polycarbonate sheet panel as Sign boards of various sizes in repair and new Sign boards etc.. all as specified and directed.

Removal of damaged Sign boards of any type and size from the Air filed for repair works all as specifed and direcated.

Fixing of repaired and newly prepared Sign boards of any type and size in the Air field all as spefied and directed.

M&L for approved red earth filling in Shoulders of flight strips duly cleared the grass and vegetation growth and laying of earth in layers n exc 25cm thick spread, levelled and rammed and rolled with 8-10 TON Road Roller including watering in the required compaction level and gradient/slope all as specified and as directed. Note: water as required will have to be brought in bouser as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in Hard/dense soil.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate in foundations, filling and mass-concrete.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry in 1:3:6 with solid blocks exc 10 cm width built in CM (1:4) and all as specified.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thk in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or masonry surfaces finishfed even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Returning filling including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cms thick using excavated material all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removal of surplus soil exc 50.00 mtr but not exceeding 250.00 Mtr and depositing all as specified and directed.

Providing of JCB with operator for cutting, levelling etc on shoulders and clear zone of flight strips all as specified and directed. Note : The rate is inclusive for the fuel also and the working hour will start as and when the JCB reported at Crash Bay of ATC.

Providing of Road roller 8-10 Ton wiith operator for rolling and compacting etc on shoulders and clear zone of flight strips all as specified and directed. Note : The rate is inclusive for the fuel also and the working day will start as and when the Road roller reported at Crash Bay of ATC.

Providing of Tractor with trolly wiith operator for Air Field all as specified and directed. Note : The rate is inclusive for the fuel also and the working day will start as and when the Tractor reported at Crash Bay of ATC.

Providing of Grader wiith operator for grading and levelling of shoulders and clear zone of flight strips all as specified and directed. Note : The rate is inclusive for the fuel also and the working day will start as and when the grader reported at Crash Bay of ATC.

Dismantling of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors etc and refixing the same landings, cover stones, templates, etc. n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side including relaying in proper slope with edges of the flight strips including jointing with cement mortar, set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes class NP2 of 250mm bore laid and jointed complete with collers all as specified and directed

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel for 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement , including forms,moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc all as specified and directed

M&L PCC type B2 75 mm thick as in floor and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

Clearing and cleaning of sides/bottom of the existing drains/nallahas and berms of drains, any description and in any position, by cutting all bushes, shrubs, weeds and any other types of vegetations and trees girth upto 30 cm and trimming the earth surface to make good side cuts/surface soil depression , removing and disposal of the waste retrieved from site clearance to make free and smooth flow of water and to get a uniform slope complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The rate quoted is included for removal and replace the slab cover after cleaning/repair where ever required.

Milling out the disturbed/ pot holes on bituminous surface of Airfield/ pavements, any depth including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring Sunkern surface by cutting arround edges to at least 50mm in depth making good by filling in ready to place shali patchÒ materials of STP limited product in layer and well ramming and rolling with hand roller and making good the disturbed surface, (Area of each patches not exceeding 15.00 Sqm) including removing the milled out materials/debries to a distance not exceeding 250m, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) Surface Preparation:- (i) Clean the pot hole, Preferable with pressed hot air, to ensure removal of all foreign and loose particles before pouring shali patch. (ii) Ensure that the minimum of the pot holes to be filled is 50mm. If the pot holes is more than 100mm deep fill it in 2 with layers of 50mm each. (b) Application of materials:- (i) Shovel shali patch in to pot hole straight from poly bag to slightly crown it. If pot holes is more than 50mm deep, apply 50mm layers in succession. When completed, compact the surface with a hand roller. (ii) Note:- Rate of items should inclusive of taxes, transportation & contractor's profit etc.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete nominal mix Type B1 1:2:4 20 mm graded aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)above 200 mm thick

Preperation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width of girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer

M&L for complete job to carryout test from Govt Engineering College/ Bangalore University on existing runway surface at regular intervals as directed by Engr-in-Charge using Continous Friction Measuring Equipment (CFME) and submit the detailed report. Note : (i) One job means test consisting of minimum 07 points as shown by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The test using CFME will be conducted on the surface of existing runway. (iii) Contractor should take all precaution to aviod any kind of damage during the currency of test and make good the same in case of any damage. (iv) The quoted rates include all the testing charges from the Govt Engineering College and contractor's profit. (v) The frequency of testing between the job is minimum six months.
