Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep in Soft / Loose soil for laying Pipes / Cables etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of DWC [Double Wall Corrugated] HDPE Pipe and including fittings such as Couplers, Bends, End Caps etc., ISI marked of Outer Dia of 50mm and Inner Dia of 38mm Polyethylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non-pressure underground cable complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, Install, Test and Commission of Elevated type, Omni Directional, Light Blue, Medium Intensity LED type Taxiway Edge Light Fitting suitable for Taxiway, Apron Edge Lights, Turning Pad Lights for operation at 6.6 Amps, Series Circuit supply, complete with Omni Directional, Lens Clamping Mechanism, Breakable Coupling, Gasket, Two Pin Secondary leads, Base Plate with 06 Nos of M10 Stainless Steel Bolts & Nuts and other accessories including White / Blue LED with and including Integrated Encapsulated Electronic Module complete as required conforming to Annexure – 14 of latest ICAO requirements, as specified in Part 4 [Visual Aids] [Latest Edition] of Aerodrome Design Manual, complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, Install, Test and Commission of 5 KV, 200 Watts, 6.6 A/6.6 A, 50 Hz, Rubber Encapsulated Isolating Transformer suitable for Individual Series Lamps of Airport Lighting Circuits, Transformer shall be designed to be water proof and suitable for direct burial in the earth or installation in a base, conforming to IS – 12290 [Latest Edition] complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, Install, Test and Commission of 6 Sq.mm Plug & Receptacle of Type – I, Class B Connector & suitable Field Attachment with 5 KV Grade XLPE Insulated PE Sheathed Single Core Screened Copper Conductor Cable complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, Install, Test and Commission of CI Isolating Transformer Housing Box, Water Tight, Round type, metal container of Outside diameter of 330mm, 450mm Height made of 10mm thick Cast Iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole at 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive Two Nos of 40 mm dia HDPE Pipe [As per the site requirement] and also 01 No of Hole for 32 mm dia HDPE Pipe at an approximate depth of 100mm from the top including check nuts as required and another hole at 175 mm from the bottom of the CI Box to receive One No 15 mm dia “B” Class GI Pipe and Check Nut as required, Box shall be having Two SS Earth Bolts of M10X30mm Tapped inside near the Hole [4” away from the Hole Centre] and having a drain hole at the bottom suitable tapped to revive 15mm dia “B” Class GI Pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 Nos M 10 Tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts complete all as specified and as directed.
