Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any type asbestos/steel, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings sheets

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of OG colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of OG colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid of size 605 X 605mm frame work for false ceiling all as specified including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I.flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified ®.including dismantling old Frame of wooden or aluminum or any patteren old frame/grid and removing from site.

Refixing of old serviceable frame/ grid recovered from item No 04 above

S&F Exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board 6mm thick of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre or E-ceiling or similar material Board for fixing in 600mm x 600mm grid (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately) including dismantling old AC/CGI/PVC/wooden or any pattern old sheet and removing from site.

Refixing of old AC/CGI/PVC/Wooden or any pattern old sheet recovered from item No 6

Taking down cement plaster of any description upto three storeys including necessary scaffoldings including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. from wall & ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 to brick/conc wall surfaces trowelled to even & smooth w/o using extra cement etc complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 with and including mixing of liquid WPC of approved make @ 200ml per bag of cement / manufacturer's instructions on brick/concrete wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and fair complete complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid under item No 11

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M & L two coat of oil bound distemper on new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L one coat of oil bound distemper on old or new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint of any tint over one coat of cement wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L one coat of cement base paint on old surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete

Providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L for Brickwork with old size flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) complete

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping, benching and the like, including weathering slighthy rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of grade Fe-410 or E-250®

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment including welding etc all as spfd and directed by EIC.Fe-410-W(gde-E-250) quality B.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint .

M&L preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint .

M & L for preparations of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint over wooden surfaces. General Notes : 1. Immediately after commencement of work contractor has to deploy his authorised agent at site for measurement of quantities required for each phase for roof sheeting and false ceiling alongwith Engineer-in -Charge/JE. Total material required in each phase as verified at site shall be procured by contractor & the same shall be intimated to GE & CWE for verification before incorporation in the work. 2. Preparatory work shall commence immediately after handing over of site. 3. Contractor shall ensure that fixing of roof sheet is done immediately after removal of old sheet to avoid any damage due to any adverse weather.
