Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (using old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 02 here-in-before but except bricks.

M&L for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone masonry wall, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on brick work or cement concrete surfaces of walls including finishing the surface even and fair with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior grade weather grade proof paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in foundation, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate), in lintels upto 1..5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and in any position, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts, complet all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work; vertical or to batter to rough finish of surfaces, all as specified.

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and stanchions etc. work in rough finished with fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binging with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified.

All as per item no. 16 above but 5mm dia and over and up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups spacers and binders, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs or tiles of any description or thickness in any position laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 16 to 18mm thick granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete, over & including 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) to recieve granite, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 to 25mm thick sand stone, fixed exposed faces, set and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3 and pointed in cement mixed with approved pigment to match including stainless steel fastener and FI of required length as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling RCC posts or struts of any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete or brick work of any position place including swan neck fencing post and making good to disturbed portion, all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in foundation, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete with Fe-410-W(Gde- E-250) quality-B, complete all as specified.

Dismantling chain link fencing fixed with steel fillets & nut bolt etc, of any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 4mm dia chain link MS galvanised fencing of mesh size 50X50mm, all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm dia mild steel round bar of grade Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) Part-I quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde- E-165), as in line wire for chain link fencing fixed with GI wire including applying two coats aluminium paint over one coat red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts of dia 5 to 10 mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, of length exc 5cm but n exc 10cm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail staying bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down concertina coil of 500mm to 600mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick concertina coil punched tape with GI coating , 600mm dia, having 5.50m to 6.5m openable length per boundle, including binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling expanded metal, any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets weight per sqm exc 4 kg/sqm, if any complete all as specified and directed.

S&F expanded metal, weight per sqm meter exc 4 kg cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (any tint) over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregates), as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings and including demolition of old RCC jali, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing MS gates/ doors of size as required on site and refixing the same after necessary easing, oiling, welding etc and making good the disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rates for welding, any fittings required are included int he rate of this item. Nothing will be paid extra.
