Demolition of un-reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors finished even & smooth using extra cement in patches complete all as specfied and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding etc (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L vetrified ceremic tiles 10 mm thick, in light shade, (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles colour 350x250x7mm or 450x350x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing for tiles complete all as specfied and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specfied and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound complete all as specfied and directed. NOTE:- WPC compound shall be mesud and paid sapeatly.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM in 1:6 finished even and fair without using etra cement complete all as specfied and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in C:M 1:3 on Ceiling in patches and finishes and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

e) Applying two coats of bituminous base aluminium paint on old Surfaces including preparation complete

S & F of Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and directed by Engg in Charge.
