Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level complete.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2coarse sand : 4 graded stone agg.) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, and curring complete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc complete. 50mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggergate

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick walls of mix 1:6 (1:cement:6 fine sand) for height upto 10 mtrs from ground level.

12mm cement plaster mix 1:4(1:cement:4 fine sand)

Providing & applying white cement based putty of specified thickness of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete (2mm thick)

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturers specification incl.approprate priming coat preparation of surface etc complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to given an even shade two or more coat on new work incl. ready mixed pink or gray primer of approved brand & manafucture on wood work hard & soft wood complete job.

Providing & fixing of 8mm thick pvc flooring (vinyl indoor sports flooring BWF certified) the following shall be a multi layer product consisting of top layer as wear layer in GEM pattern of thickness 1.5mm followed by fabire layer dimension stability of the product. The last layer should consist of a foam layer. The flooring to be fixed with water based or rubber based adhesive to ensure better adhesion of the product. The joints of the following to be thermo welded with PVC welding cord of similiar color. The process to be executed by an hot welding process. it should have all sports properties like shock absorbtion, ball rebounding etc. Product should be BWF certified and IAF approved conforming to EN-14904 category PI with shock absorption of 34%

P/F false ceiling of fiber cement board of size 600mmx600x6mm free from asbestos and environment friendly with high resistance in fire excellent durability and light weight incl.the cost of the durability and light weight incl. the cost of the necessary frame work (Everest or equivalent ) sample to be approved by the in charges at site incl.all consequential and incidental costs like all leads, lifts carriages and scaffolding etc complete job.

Providing and fixing polyurethance insulated PUF panels in walls partitions and in ceilings made out of following thickness, sand which panels made out of 0.5/0.5 mm thick PPGI pre-coated sheet on both sides of PU foam. PUF panels shall be jointed with tongue and groove properly sealed with the help of expanding PU foam must be CFC free. Self extinguishing free retardant type having density of 40 Kgs per cum + 2 Kg thermal conductivity @10o 0.02W/Mo K all gaps ends & corners shall be covered by 0.5mm thick pre-coated flashing so that PUF or joint etc are not visible from inside & outside the PUF panel shall be fixed with frame / structure with the help of SS screws, nuts, bolts or any other approved fixing arrangement complete in all respect as per drawings, design and directions of Engineering incharge incl.all consequential and incidental costs like all leads, lifts carriage and scaffolding complete job.
