M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls including brooming , scrapping down. Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and stopping nails marks by applying putty in patches as required and applying one coats of cement base paint with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 lts per minute having a pressure including at any height (not.exc 11mtr )incl necessary scaffolding /Centreing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall applying two coats of cement base paint (snowcem) white or tinted with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 lts per minute having a pressure including at any height ((not.exc 11mtr )incl necessary scaffolding /Centreing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorescent salts and applying putty in patches as required and applying one coats of oil bound distamper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying putty in patches as required and two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of 2mm thcik interior wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment or unplastered surfaces of wall, concrete surfaces, and applying two or more coats of acrylic emulsion polymer paint having (waterproof rain coat of Dr fixit or eqivelent) Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade over and including priming coat of exterior applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over surfaces of wall including necessary arrangements to paint the same in multy storey bldgs of any height (not exc 11 Mtr) complete all as specified and as directed.
