Labour for servicing/ repairing /Maint of diesel Engine generating set 4 stroke, 1500 RPM complete with alternator including checking the engine,decaning of burnt oil from the oil sump and draining complete opening of head cover, tuning the engine by adjusting tappet, draining complete coolent, cleaning head,replacing the tattet cover, gasket, replacing the unserviceable parts, fuel filter, oil filter, CR elementy, filling the lub oil, cleaning the air filter element /change of filters with compressed air complete servecing as per manufacturer instruction for DG set capacity 320 to 100KVA OF any MAKE Note:- Spares will measure seperately.

Supply only the following filters for DG Sets

(a) Supply only fuel filter for 100/125 KVA

(b) do but engine oil filter 100/125 KVA

(c ) supply only air filter for 100/125KVA

(d) Supply only fuel filter for 300/320 KVA

(e) do but engine oil filter 300/320 KVA

(f) supply only air filter for 300/320 KVA KVA

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement of worn out battery by sealed lead acid battery, 12 Volt DC, 150 AH duly charged complete all as specified and directed. Make - Exide/Amco/Amron as approved by GE(I)

Supply only lub oil CC & CD GRADE 20W40 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of coolant for DG set of various capacitycomplete all as specified and directed. Make:- Castrol or approved by GE.

Repair to AMF panel /control panel , display with servicing overhauling & making functional with replacement of minor U/S parts ie display unit, indicators, relays wiring etccomplete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Automatic Voltage Regulator for DG Set of capacity upto 300 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of controller of DG set of various capacity as per site requriemtn and make controller is of same make of DG set complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance & servicing of complete capacitor bank panel of capacity upto 750KVAR including cleaning of all contacts, decarbonising of contactor contacts with petrol/CRC, checking & tightening of all cable/Bus bar connection, CT connections & replacement of worn out parts such as capacitors lugs, CT's etc. APFC relays fuses etc testing on completion for better power factor correction all as directed by Engr -in- charge. Note :- Spares shall be measured & paid seperately under supply only items minor spares are deemed to be included in items rate.

M&L Design, Manufacture, Supply, install and commissionin replacement of old wrusted unserviceable LED display boards of following sizes having compact design, vandalism resistant features and maintenance friendly. The base of the board made of ACP (Aluminium composite Panel) 3mm thick and back side of board covered with GI sheet 24 SWG, the letters and borders made of acrylic sheet 3mm thick of colour as approved by GE (I). LED strip should as per requirement of letter space,the display language may be English/ Hindi (Alpha Numeric), its visibility should be suitable for Day & Night (Out door application) and should be visible upto 25Mtr. (Minimum), the text effect should be static, the LED mean time between failure arrangement should not be less than 40000 hrs, suitable for power supply 230 Volts/ 50Hz, AC, with timer to switch ON and OFF the power supply to the display board. The board shall be suitably braced on back side with angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm and connected to the mounting arrangement with sheet metal enclosure in CRCA Zinc coated sheet IP54 grade, silver colour powder coated of minimum thickness 50 microns alongwith additional layer of transparent insulation film properly mounted/secured on wall/columns through stainless steel SS 304 or other applicable class mounting brackets and making good of disturbed surfaces as per original complete all as specified and directed by GE (I).

Rectangular board having max 60 letters or characters in English language letter or character size, height not exceeding 255 mm and back depth Max 45 mm of suitable width & one logo of dia not exceeding 450 mm and back depth 80 mm as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for repair of LED glow sign board any size including replace of LED strip (if required at site) ,repair/replacement of acarlic/PVC sheet , letters any type and paisting with glue,inclduding adapter if required at site complete testing and fixed at existing location all as required and directed at site .
