Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes, laying of cable etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed. hard/dense soil

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC type 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cutting, bending cranking, hooking end and binding with mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6.0 sq mm 2 core in trenches/ wall/ surfaces etc and complete all as specified and all as directed. Note: Eath work, sand cushioning, brick work etc will be paid seperately under respective item of the schedule.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks locally available best quality laid dry in trenches for protection of underground cable, laid flat with length of brick perpendicular to length of cable completed all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for for sand cushioning with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable line including spreading, leveling, panning completed all as specified and directed. Note:Punned thickness will be measured and paid.

S&F 3 layered UV stabilized with antimicrobial fusion welded PPR (Poly propylene random co- polymer) pipes laid in trenches including PPR and brass threaded PPR fittings or flanged joints including connecting up with existing system of grade (PN 1.6) SDR 7.4 of size 25mm outer dia. Note : Excavation & earth work will be paid seperately under respective item of the schedule.
