Earth work excavation for foundation by manual means for RR/Brick and Other step type footings for Load bearing structures in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2.00mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling crushed stone sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -Mixing by mechanical means

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.-Mixing by mechanical means

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9” x 4 3/8” x 2 3/4” with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying ,Fabrication and fixing of Stainless Steel and polishing work of approved design using necessarry size of SS Pipes, Hollow sections ,angles, rods and flates including cost of materials and labour charges etc, complete.

Paving pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in accordance with IS 1443 in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone sand), with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer, 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Roofing with Polycarbonate Sheet 6mm thick with necessary bolts , Nuts and Washers including all materials labour charges etc..complete.

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V on 7 / 20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains ( SD -65)

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains (SD -70)

Supply and Fixing of 20W LED Fittings including all labour charges complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed single core copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5A FT switch inflush with wall covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point (SD- 21)

Providing and erecting of Direction and Place Identification Retro-reflectorised Sign made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting confirming to Type-IV standards of IRC-67: 2012 and ASTM D 4956 -09, specification and fixed over 2mm thickAluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mmx25mmx3mm Mild Steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75X75X6mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmX45cmX60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, Machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. High intensity Retro Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of Retro-reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. The retro- reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67:2012.
