Dismantling of unserviceable control panel alongwith connected items at site of 08 passengers lift of make M/s TKE india Pvt Ltd serving G+06 floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of micro processor and latest technology based Tic-V controller panel along with travelling cable, OSG assembly and complete shaft harness, all necessary wiring and all connected accessories for VVVF drive of 7.5 KW or required capacity as per site requirement AC 380/480 Volts, 50 Hz complete suitable for 08 passenger lift (make of lift M/s TKE India Pvt Ltd) of serving Ground + 06 floors (Total seven landings) comprising with following accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- As per OEM recommendation.

Note for item No 2 :- (a) Automatic closure of fan independent if the lift is not in operation for more than 45 seconds. (b) Over load/ low voltage/ single phase protections. (c) Make of drive:- As per OEM recommendation. (d) Automatic phase reversal system.

(e) AC 3 phase 415V VVVF door drive of suitable capacity for door operating system with complete wiring (f) COP, read switch, limit switch and decoder etc with wiring. (g) Hooter with battery fixed at ground floor with proper wiring with control panel in all blocks (h) UPS 1500 or suitable capacity (j) Arrangement of Fire main switch at ground floor with complete wiring.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of latest technology based controller Main VVVF drive of capacity 7.5 KW, AC 380/480 volts, 50 Hz with Gien type car operating panel (COP) - 01 Nos and Hall button plate - 4 to 6 Nos as per site requirement along with complete wiring for 08 passengers lift (make of M/s OTIS Elevator Co (I) Ltd.) of serving Ground + 03 to 05 floors i.e. total four to six landings comprising with the followings complete all as specified and directed. Make:- As per OEM recommendation. (a) Automatic closure of fan independent if the lift is not in operation for more than 45 seconds. (b) Over load/ low voltage/ single phase protections. (c) Make of drive - As per OEM recommendation. (f) ) AC 3 phase 415V VVF door drive of suitable capacity for door operating system with complete wiring. (g) COP, read switch, limit switch and decoder etc with wiring. (h) Complete arrangement for hooter with battery and FMS fixed at ground floor with complete wiring.

Notes for item No 1 to 6 :- (a) The controller panel / drive should have compatible with the existing lift and floors as per site requirement. (b) Main VVVF drive should be provide with calibration pad & proper mounting in controller alongwith any other connection as required at site. (c) Any other arrangement/ alteration for smooth functioning of lifts should be done by contractor without any extra cost. (d) The control wiring shall be proper fixing on wall/ in duct cover with clamping, saddling etc complete or as per direction of OEM. (e) The controller shall be required to connect, transfer & interrupt power supply & protect the motor against overload. (f) Cost of any civil/cement work if required at site during the execution inclusive in the quoted rate. (g) The OEM has to replace the control panel in 04 days from handing over to site.

Taking down/out unserviceable Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) system at site along with connected items of 8 passengers lift (make of M/s OTIS Elevator Co (I) Ltd) of serving Ground + 3 to 5 floors i.e. total six landings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) suitable for 8 passenger lift capacity not below 1.5 KVA including all connected items with necessary internal wiring work suitable for 8 passenger lifts serving G + 03 to 05 floors i.e. total four to six landings including ARD batteries as per site requirement for lift of make M/s OTIS Elevator Co (I) Ltd complete all as specified and directed . Make :- As per OEM recommendation.

Dismantling of unserviceable dumb waiter of 200 Kg capacity of serving 03 stops complete with all accessories such as M/C, doors, guidetails, CWT, car, rope, wiring & control panels etc at Manekshaw Centre complete all as specified and directed

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of 250 Kg capacity Dumb waiter at Manekshaw Centre building to serve Base + Ground + One (i.e. total three landings) upper floors with AC variable voltage & variable frequency (VVVF drive) drive complete with all standard accessories, call and send control operation from landings with manually operated vertically opening bi-parting doors for car and landing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The contractor required to visit the site before quoting the rates.

Supply and fixing of 6 TB HDD surveillance to record the video data upto 7 days recording capacity with necessary fixing arrangements and connection required at site incl taking down all as specified and as directed.
