Supply, installation and fixing of heritage architectural ornamental 7 meter Height decorative light pole having 7 mt Single arm Glass Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Lighting pole is made of marine quality Composite. It is Reinforced with glass fibre Chopped Strand Mat EMC450, with Area Weight of =/-7.5% as per ISO3374, Moisture Content of <20% as per ISO3344, Size Content of 3.7(1+31%) as per ISO 1887 and Breakage Strength of >140N as per ISO 3342. Isophthalic Unsaturated Polyester laminating resin having medium viscosity and Low reactivity based on Isophthalic acid and standard glycols, dissolved in styrene monomer is used in making the product. The resin has Viscosity at 25°C ( P ): 400 to 500, Acid Value (mg KOH/gm): 15-20, Specific Gravity at 25°C: :1.11‡0.02, Volatile content (%): 38 +/-3, Gel time at 30°C (minutes), (with Resin = 100 grams; Accelerator 3% Cobalt Octoate = 1.0 and Catalyst MEKP M-50= 1.5 ml): 8 to 12. Curedclear Cast Resins comes with following properties: Barcol hardness: 42, : 42 Heat deflection temperature (°C): 94, Tensile strength (kg/cm2): 600, Tensile modulus Map of 3100; Elongation at break: 2.5%; Flexural strength (kg/cm2): 1050, Flexural modulus (Mpa) of 3200, Water absorption @25°C (mg) (after 24hours) of 20. The method-of-testing and the tolerances are as prescribed in IS-6746-1994. The product is an all Weather proof & Maintenance free with long design life. Pre-paint treatments - it is self coloured textured surface finish with scratch resistant, aliphatic grade U.V. stabilized PU paint with UV stable Polyurethane with viscosity of 80(+/-3 Sec), Gravity 97(+/-3)Grams, Fineness Of Grind 3 Micron with long standing life. The inner GI pipes are reinforced with grooved sleeve of FRP. The FRP is of AVERAGE 3 mm Thickness with 10% tolerance. Poles comes with a LED Hanging luminary of 90wt with polycarbonate diffuser. The pole has a translucent lotus / medical symbol (as per requirement) on top which will glow when LED retrofit bulb is placed in it. Light Fixture: SITC of 90W decorative luminaire made of spun aluminium body with pressure die-cast heat management (PDCHM) and the IP65 optical compartment with high power LED/s is comprised of a deep drawn chemically polished and co-extruded, thermoformed polycarbonate protector stabilized agent UV rays suitable for 90W LED. Fitting should be suspended mounting type fixture. The fixture will have a laser cut crown design made of ALU/MS material, placed between the dish and dome of the fixture.
