Integration of 02 nos. 220 kV Feeder Bays, 01 no. 220/132 kV Transformer Bay with existing Siemens make SCADA Automation System (software and hardware both) at 220 kV S/S Sector-20 Noida. Redundant Networking of 2 no 220 kV new Feeder Bays Siemens make C&R panels and 1 no Transformer Bay Nelumbo make C&R panels (HV+LV side) along with their Protection Relays to the existing SIEMENS SCADA System (software and hardware both) for Monitoring, Control and Data acquisition of NEW Bays & Provide SMS to Mobiles for any Make/Break of feeders through GPRS system.
Supply of making existing SCADA Operational for 2 no 220 kV bays and 1 no Transformer (HV+LV side) having REDUNDANT NETWORKING comprising of following:- • Ethernet Switch /Rugged com switches to transfer data to existing SIEMENS SCADA system required 24 Ports -1 no • Ethernet Switch /Rugged com switches to transfer data to existing SIEMENS SCADA system required 10 Ports -1 no • LIU boxes to connect the FO communications 12 ports (6 Pairs) with patch cords. -1no • LIU boxes to connect the FO communications 6 ports (3 Pairs) with patch cords. Supply of GPRS System for messaging breaker status. -1no • Supply of MODBUS cable. -250 meter • Supply of Fiber Optic cable six (6) core 3 pair with conduit. -350 meter. • Patch cords LAN & FO. As required • Mounting accessories. As required
Providing and fixing of MOTORIZED ISOLATOR Control box. (Motorized mechanism heavy duty for 220KV Isolators for Bus1, Bus2, Transfer bus and Line Isolators.)
Erection and commissioning Upgradation of exisiting SIEMENS make SAS system Erection and commissioning of supplied Equipment and development of additional screen on existing SIEMENS SCADA system for Monitoring status of equipment and electric parameters and controls of Breaker and Isolators:- • System Software development as per requirement in existing SIEMENS RTU/SCADA System. • Screen development in SCADA for new bays 2no and 1 no Transformer. • Communication of BCU/ Numerical Relays with existing RTU/SCADA system (SIEMENS- Make) and parameters display on existing SCADA screen. • Status of Event logging with time stamping. • Report generation hourly for voltage, current, pf, energy etc. • Operational sequence to be displayed on SCADA. • SMS generation logic development in GPRS system. • Removing of OLD manually operated boxes of isolators and install new automatic controlled Motorized boxes.
