1. Taking down carefully unserviceable copper/Aluminium point wiring – Per Point - 44 2. Point wiring using approved color coading as per IS (Red,Black and Green for single phase circuit) with multi stranded copper condutor 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross section area,single core,PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100V grade, (a) One street light point controlled by one SP switch - Per Point-44 3. Supply and fixing of switch piano, flush type, ivory finish 5/6 Ampere single pole, one way complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make : Anchor / Cona / Kinjal / Havells ) – Each - 44 4. Supply only of plastic gangbox suitable for piano switch complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make : Anchor / Cona / Kinjal / Havells ) – Each -44 5. Fixing only exhaust fan (M.D.supply) and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose/connector to fan.( Note :- Exhaust fan will be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing only.) – Each - 44 6. Fixing only of sheet metal TPN enclosure any size fixing on existing wall to using fastners/nails sitable connections of Incoming/outgoing including of necessary lugs, screws complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.( Note :- Enclosure will be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing only.) – Each Job - 44 7. Fixing only of LED lights fitting 1x 16W, 220V, AC any type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete. ( Note :- tube light will be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing only.) - Each -44 8. Dismantling of all XLPE cables from unserviceable sheet metal enclosure and refixig in new TPN Sheet metal enclosure at machine room including proper clamping on wall through proper manner as directed by Engr-In-Charge.- Each Job-44 9. Servicing of servo voltage stablizer of capacity 48/30 KVA installed at Arjan viahr for lift by disconnecting of all electrical connections of stabilizer and check the auto/manual function of stabilizer, to be check the oil level, oil seals leakage if any, check all volt meters and amp meter working condition or not, Taking out top cover of stabilizer clean the dust by air blower, check the neutral and earthing connections properly or not, to be done properly, to be check the all nut bolts tightining. and refixing, the same in existing location, and re connect all the incoming/outgoing cables properly including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge. – Each Job -6 (a) Supply only of dimmer coil 60 amp rewinding against item Sl No 8 –Each -2 10. Fixing only of Fire extingusher any capacity/size on wall at each machine room using with fastners including of necessary rawl plugs, screws complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.( Note :- Fire extingusher will be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing only.) –Each Job-44 11. S&F street light bracket made of GI pipe light grade 40mm dia upto 1.2 mtr length bend at an angle 120º for fixing with clamp to building wall near machine room complete all as specified and directed.( Note :- Street light issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing only.) including fixing street light fittings. – Each Job-44
