S&F in repair, PVC (SWR) pipe 75 mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches, wall or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, PVC bends any radius 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, PVC bends any radius 75mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage EWC/IWC/urinal/bathroom & kitchen, including gully trap, nahani trap & removing of sludge/spoil/waste to a distance exc 100mtr & testing for proper working after complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of SGSW/PVC/AC/CI pipe line 100/110/150/160 mm bore size by roding or by pressure pump completely excluding connected manhole, any depth & removal of sludge etc to a distance as specified under particular specification Note: Cleaning of man holes between sewage lines are included in the item, nothing extra will be paid on tic account.

Dewatering of Septic tank soakage well and manhole of any depth in any position by pumping out and removing outside Military/Defence land by mechanical means (trolley mounted) and burying in pits all as directed including digging of pits in any type of soil and covering pits with earth after absorption of water and including providing and spreading required quantity of bleaching powder around the pit or dispose of waste material as per state protocol and washing the top of septic tank & soakage wells and surrounds with fresh water and sprinkling lime to make hygienic complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

De-sludging of septic tank of any capacity including connected intercepting chamber, manhole shaft, sludge chamber & filter beds of any description and in any position by pumping out and removing of sludge outside Military/Defence land by mechanical means (trolley mounted) and burying in pits all as directed including digging of pits in any type of soil and covering pits with earth after filling of sludge and including providing and spreading required qty of bleaching powder or dispose of waste material complete as per state protocol, including taking down of slab cover and placing the same in existing position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or solid block/stone boulder masonry, built in CM including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete block masonry, 1:3:6, type-C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) solid blocks exceeding 10cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete block masonry, 1:3:6, type-C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) solid blocks not exceeding 10cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast reinforcement cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in cover slab for manhole and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips (TMT) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description on brick including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC, 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integrated water proofing compound complete.

M & F for Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing

5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding .11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade.

M&L for joint free Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade . Note :- Colour and pattern will be decided by GE/Engr-in-charge. Contractor will bought the tiles only after approval of colour and pattern of tile by GE/Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair ball brass valves, high pressure, with polyethene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe of 20mm dia all as specified

Supply and fix 600mmx600mmx4mm thick ‘E’ Board Classic (Make-Everest industries Ltd) as in false ceiling including supply and fixing GI ‘Tee” grid frame work made of special section of M.S galvanized sheet 0.30mm thick , bottom portion painted with cellular nitro painting, warping the suspending wire around the existing wooden/steel purlin /rafter for suspending grid frame work of size 605mmx605mm suspended with 4 mm dia GI wire @ 1200mm c/c on main Tee and fixed to T-grid with the help of level clip or as per manufacturer direction. The section consisting of main Tee 37mmx24mmx0.60mm, cross runner tee 37mmx24mmx0.60mm and perimeter angle of 24mmx24mmx0.50mm thick. Perimeter angle to be fixed to wall with GI screw of 40mm long @ 450 mm c/c along the perimeter of wall including applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed
