Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Contractor shall be registered in civil class IV and above category in PWD

Contractor shall submit annual turnover certificate for the past five years i.e.from year 2019-20 to 2023-24

Contractor shall submit Bankers certificate/Line of credit for Rs.3.00 Lakhs in a format as prescribed in KW1 document

The work is reserved for contractors belonging to SC category

Contractor should have achieved in at least any one financial year a turnover of Rs. 10.00 lakhs in the last five years i.e. from year 2019-20 to 2023-24

Satisfactorily completed,as prime contractor,any civil work of value not less than Rs. 2.50 Lakhs

Documents submitted by the contractor shall be countersigned by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer

Contractor shall adhere to the terms and conditions prescribed in KW1 document
