Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil or silt (loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead up to 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, lintels, roofs having balconies, shelves, chajjas, bands, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, including cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). M-150 Brick work in 1:4 Cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants, etc. required for proper completion of the work add extra to item No.1 to 4 above for super structure above plinth level upto floor five level including necessary cutting and moulding of brick work as required and also including honey combed brick work in thickness of wall more than 12cm( PWD SOR 2025-26, chapter-5, SI No. 2+5)
