Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F 0.56mm thick plain, aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing length and girth as fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular or square trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250 quality A) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) PCC in any description and in any portion not otherwise specified complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete grade 1:2:4 Type B1 Nominal mix (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregateas) as in floor, finishes even and fair to receive floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Wire netting of galvanised steel wire 1.23mm dia and size of mesh 12mm fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples under concrete floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing , including screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (using Dimapur Sand)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar (1:4) using water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement as per manufacture instruction and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.(Using Dimapur Sand) [Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only intergral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm Note-(a) Primer and emulsion application to be carried out through air less spray machine ( Only mechanical application allowed except in paint application on bands/chalja/building edges/borders/projections where contrasting color as specified and directed is to be applied) (b) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .l.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer.(c) Cost of scafolding upto 12m hight of building is included in this Item.

M&L for preparation of surfaces plastered or unplastered new surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Turbo ventilator (Type: wind driven) with material of stainless steel (grade 304) dia 400-500mm throat size, bearing with double sealed, high quality ball bearing for smooth and silent operation incl corrosion/ UV resistant and suitable for roof sheets, incl baseplate matching with existing galvalume roofing sheet profile and proper flashing with waterproofing to ensure leakproof and ventilator rotates freely after installation as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specifeid and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable aluminum/ copper point wiring (light/ fan/ socket/ power) complete including fixture & fitting such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses regulators, lamp holder etc. but excluding light fittings & fixture and exhaust fans etc removing and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring surface type with two single core 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed, multi-stranded, copper conductor cable in and including suitable size PVC conduit with all fittings and fixing accessories and suitable size PVC box for mounting switches, regulator etc including multi-strand PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper cable as earth continuity conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm and connecting to light fitting/fans including PVC modular box, frame and cover plate etc. complete all as specified and directed for following :- (Colour code to be followed and rate should include the modular box, frame and modular cover plate) One light point controlled by one, one way switch

(Note : Two run of single core cable and one run earth wire will be measured as one length

M&L in repair for submain wiring using four single core 6.0 sqmm PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed cable multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through and inclduing PVC casing capping/PVC conduit or in existing concealed conduit of suitable size with all fittings like bends, tee, etc and fixing accessories on roof , walls, ceiling etc including 6.00 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathered one core multistranded copper condutor earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : Four run of single core cable and one run earth wire will be measured as one length

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, poles struts, laying of cable/ pipes etc n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material/soil not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to underground cable for protection with dry fine river sand and provide required cover after punning down 18CM will be measured and paid complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.)

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks ( designated 75) locally available best quality, laid dry in trenches for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, Jointing and testing in repair of LT UG cable XLPE insulated,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 25 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches / on poles / walls / in ducts / passing through pipes and including necessary cable lugs, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Install, fixing, commissioning and testing of TEFC mounted multistage centrifugal type split casing pump set with CI casing, bronze impellers, C-45 shaft with pumping capacity 2 LPS at 230 metre head, coupler with and inclung energy efficeny-2 induction motor of suitable capacity and conforming to ISO:9906, 415 Volt, 3 phase, 2930 rpm 50Hz, AC supply including suitable size factory mild steel base frame fixed in and including foundation as per manufacturer's recommendation with nuts an bolts including anti vibration pads, painting and connection with suction & discharge water main complete suitable for 80 mm dia foot valve at suction end, 50 mm dia size at delivery end with standard fittings and necessary electric connections from starter to pump set complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Necessary foudation, base frame & bolting required for installation high pump set shall be provided as per manufacturer's recommendation and shall be measured and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for this item. (ii) The cost of PVC insulated industrial heavy duty cable and all other strandard accessiories shall be deemed to be paid extra herein after BOQ

Supply and lay 16 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed three core Flat submersible cable copper conductor 1100 Volts Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4mm dia by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts nuts check nuts and washers and other end connected with earthing testing point including providing suitable testing points as directed including funnel, watering pipe of 20mm bore, light grade galvanized iron pipe, wire mesh charcoal of coal dust and common salt in alternative layer all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15cm with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 50mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab set in CM (1:4) re-enforcement with 8mm dia deformed bars @ 15cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia MS round bars, including earth work in hard/dense soil as required complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.
