Making of new thatch with ballies as column including Safeda ballies-3’’-4’’(12’ long), 3’’-4’’(18’ long), Heavy weight bamboos 1 ½ ‘’-2’’ dia (12’ long), 2’’-2 ½ ‘’ (15’ long), Polythene, Patera (2x7’x5’) , Pullah (6’’ dia 6’ long), Nails of various sizes (1 ½’’ to 6’’ long), Ban (Moonjwala), Labour for thatching, labour for making skelton, loading, unloading of new thatch into tractor trolley at the site wherever required i/c cost of tractor trolley (tractor trolley includes fuel, driver etc.) and proper cleaning of the area including earth work in excavation, brick work, Mud Plaster, painting on ballies and earth filling comp. in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Repair and Maintenance of thatch huts by providing a layer of Pullas including cost of Pullas, Ban and labour for thatching /c cost of tractor trolley (tractor trolley includes fuel, driver etc.) and proper cleaning of the area comp. in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Supply of nails 1 ½’’-6’’ long for barricading purpose during mela comp. in all respect

Supply of Heavy Weight Bamboos 2” to 2.1/2” dia 15’ long solid in good condition as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of work (NS)

Supply of SafedaBallies 3” to 4” dia (12’ long solid in good condition as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge at site of work (NS)

Hiring of Tractor trolley including Driver, fuel (Exclusively for shifting of Grass weeds and vegetation etc. complete in all respect outside the mela area where site available for dumping any lead) required as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Mud plaster 12mm th. with gobri leeping on floors comp. Qty as per previous year final bill plus additional area

Deduction of old Bamboos, Ballies, Patera, polythene etc. NOTE:- The malba will be shifted by the agency (with any lead at his own level at suitable place and the NOC from the Department like MCF, NGT etc. will be taken by the agency at his own level. The whole responsibility will be owned by the agency (like any mis-happening during handling of thatch etc.) complete in all respect.
