1.01	• Cleaning up of Unit, Air Filter, Visual Inspection to check any deformation. • Checking and Adjustment of Power parameters like input. Output, DC voltage & Current. • Checking and Adjustment of Control parameters on different PCBs. • Tightness of all connection, if shut down possible. • Checking of Rectifiers, Invertors, Fan's, Power supplies, Contactors, Sticking or welded relays and replacement if needed. (if Shut Down Allowed)Functional Checking up of Inverter section. • All functional check of load transfer between Mains to battery and vice versa. Discharge test of battery with UPS load and Redundancy check in case of parallel operation (with Customer approval). • UPS Output Load balancing evaluation. Suggest for correction if needed. Install or perform Engineering Field Change Notices (FCN) as necessary. • A report with all details of the service performed and suggestions for any changes will be submitted. • Battery health Checkup • Inspection of UPS set i/e replacement /repair of fuses/capacitors IGBT/mosfet/BJT panel /card/converter/inverter part/battery inspection ) quaterly visits @ 4 no visits per year. Unlimited breakdown call visits during AMC period.	-	-	-	-
1.02	Comprehensive Maintenance consists of measures to maintain the equipment in a proper operating condition. Preventive maintenaace includes functional checking, necessary, adjustrments, etc. Preventive maintenance to be carried out at times planned in advance and during/after working hours	-	-	-	-
1.03	Breakdown rectification is to be carried out in the event of malfunction, which prevent the operation of the equipment. Work to be carried out during the service coverage time as per the AMC contract/SOS basis. Breakdown includes fault finding, repair or replacement of defective parts and functional checking. Defective parts discovered during maintenance can either be repaired or replaced by new or as new-parts. Spares replaced should be of the same make	-	-	-	-
1.04	In addition to above the contractor/appointed technician will attend the complaint when there is fault in UPS set with in 12 hours.It will be responsibillity of the contractor that the UPS functions smoothly during the contract period..	-	-	-	-
