Earthwork in excavation for side drain AND CC ROAD structure as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH (RSSR)

Filling with SAND in sides of foundation and basement trenches with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick,consolidating each deposited layer by watering as per drawing and technical specification

Construction of un-reinforced, jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.22 M20(Grade), coarse and fine agregates conforming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse agregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum capacity and using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints using Mastic pad/ primer, construction joint, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.22 including seignorage charges.(without dowel bars)

Cutting transverse contraction joints 3 to 4 mm wide and 1/3 rd depth of concrete slab using concrete groove cutting machine with diamond studded saw within 24 - 48 hours of casting of CC Pavement. complete including subsequent widening of the groove 8 to 10 mm. wide at top having depth of 15 mm. as directed by Engineer incharge.
