Removing old grading plaster from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering & removing the debris within 50m lead (Ref - P-220 item-21 of A/R -06) ,

2.5 cm (1") thick grading concrete with C.C (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6 mm size h.b.g chips including watering and curing etc. complete.on new work per 1 sqm ( Ref -P-47 item -17 of A/R -06)

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12 mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead / sqm.(Ref - P-218 item-13 of A/R -06) ,

16mm. Cement Plaster in C.M. (1:6) over Brick work including all cost, conveyance, labour, etc., required for the work complete as directed by the E.I.C.

Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame, hinges, fastening including stacking the useful materials for reuse & removing the debris within 50m lead per sqm (Ref - P-219 item-18 of A/R -06) ,

Fixing tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles (Ref -P-89 item -16 of A/R -06)

Providing fitting and fixing of M.S. doors, windows & grill gate of approved design and fixing in proper position including making holes in walls, R.C.C. structure and wood work etc. and making good to the damages to walls or R.C.C. structure including mending or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with C.C. (1:2:4) with hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm with cost and conveyance, royalities of all materials, all labour taxes with all T&P etc. complete in all floors as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved Enamel Paint over a coat of approved primer to wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for thework etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing Wall with Weather seal Coat two coats of approved shade to out side the wall surface including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing Plasters surfaces of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc., complete.
