Running, Operation of all Electrical & Mechanical Installations and Pumps of Terminal Buidling, Operational area, City side (excluding Sub-station equipments) on all days(Round the clock) as provided in contract day to day daily checking/complaints/fault/breakdowns and taking rectification actions, ensure serviceability/ satisfactory working conditions of the systems record/documentation as per details in SCC covered under this contract.

Planned preventive maintenance of LT Panels and associated Bus duct / cables using Thermal Imaging Cameras equipment for Electrical Inspections / trouble shooting in panel board as per the details, locations and as per maintenance schedule on Monthly basis given in SCC.

Planned preventive maintenance of Perimeter light and Street light alongwith Feeder pilar as per the details, locations and as per maintenance schedule on Monthly basis given in SCC.

Planned preventive maintenance of Apron/Taxiway edge lights and Inset lights /Guidance signages / CAT- I approach / Touchdown Inset Lights / STT including associated items like CCR’s, Isolating transformer, connectors, cables etc. as per the details, locations and as per maintenance schedule on Monthly basis given in SCC.

Planned preventive maintenance of MCB DB's using Thermal Imaging Cameras equipment for Electrical Inspections / trouble shooting in panel board as per the details, locations and as per maintenance schedule on Monthly basis given in SCC.

Planned preventive maintenance of Earthing (36 nos. of Earthing) as per the details, locations and as per maintenance schedule on Monthly basis given in SCC.

Planned preventive maintenance of 30 mtr. height High mast including their feeder pilar and associated cables as per the details, locations and as per maintenance schedule on Monthly basis given in SCC.

Data entry Computer operator for recording day to day maintenance, complaint management, Store management as required as per the SCC.

Rewinding of burnt ceiling fan motor including replacement of bearing, bush shaft etc. complete as required.

Rewinding of burnt exhaust / Padestal/ wall mounting/ kit fan of all types and sizes complete as required.

Repairing/replacement of Heating element & thermostate of storage type water geysors upto 25 litre storage capacity complete as required.

Repairing/replacement of heating element/ motor of heaters/Blowers complete as required.

Supply and replacement halogen rod of halogen type heaters complete as required.

Rewinding of burnt 1.0 H.P. pump motor complete as required.

Rewinding of burnt 1.5 H.P pump motor complete as required.

Lowering and lifting 15 HP/30 HP borewell pump and motor with tripod etc complete as required.

Repairing / Rewinding of burnt 15.0 H.P. pump motor/ pump implers /shaft etc.complete as required.

Repairing / Rewinding of burnt 30.0 H.P. pump motor/ pump implers /shaft etc.complete as required.

Repairing of Desert cooler including change of grass pad, capacitors, fan motor, water pump etc complete as required.

Reparing and maintenance and servicing of CCR of NASU make upto 7.5 KW by service engineer of OEM or specialized agency only.

Reparing and maintenance and servicing of invertor capacity upto 5 KVA by service engineer of OEM or specialized agency only.

Repairing of drivers of LED lights fixture/ apron/taxi signages etc. complete as required.

Painting of street light poles and peritmeter road light poles etc. as required.

Painting of Feeder pilar/LT panels etc. as required

DSR-2018 Item for Rs. 2,00,000/- [NOTE: The rate may be quoted in the following manner- (i) If quoted Rate is Rs. 1,80,000/- then the Percentage will considered as 10% below DSR 2018. (ii) If quoted Rate is Rs. 2,00,000/- then Percentage will considered as 0% above /below DSR 2018. (iii) If quoted Rate is Rs. 2,20,000/- then Percentage will considered as 10% above DSR 2018. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ITEMS SHALL BE EXECUTED FROM DSR-2018 RATE AT THE ABOVE QUOTED PERCENTAGE AS PER SITE REQUIREMENT.

Signages item as and when required as per attached list of items Aneexure- A- 1 for Rs. 4,00,000/- [NOTE: The rate may be quoted in the following manner- (i) If quoted Rate is Rs. 3,40,000/- then the Percentage will considered as 15% below Aneexure- A- 1. (ii) If quoted Rate is Rs. 4,00,000/- then Percentage will considered as 0% above /below Aneexure- A- 1. (iii) If quoted Rate is Rs. 4,60,000/- then Percentage will considered as 15% above Aneexure- A- 1. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ITEMS SHALL BE EXECUTED FROM ANNEXURE- A- 1 RATE AT THE ABOVE QUOTED PERCENTAGE AS PER SITE REQUIREMENT.

Planned preventive maintenance on Monthly basis for Sub-station equipments i.e. 11 KV HT PANEL BOARD (At basement of Terminal Building) (Two incomers, Four bus couplers, Five sets isolators, double busbars and Three outgoings) and associated cable using Thermal Imaging Cameras equipment for Electrical Inspections / trouble shooting in panel board) complete as mentioned in Annexure- B as per technical specification and detailed maintenance schedule as applicable given in the SCC which includes Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly / Yearly checks. {w.e.f. 15.07.2021 or handing over site whichever is later.}

Planned preventive maintenance on Monthly basis for Sub-station equipments i.e. APFC PANEL (450 KVAR) and associated Bus duct and cable using Thermal Imaging Cameras equipment for Electrical Inspections / trouble shooting in panel board complete as mentioned in Annexure- B as per technical specification and detailed maintenance schedule as applicable given in the SCC which includes Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly / Yearly checks. {w.e.f. 15.07.2021 or handing over site whichever is later.}

Planned preventive maintenance on Monthly basis for Sub-station equipments i.e. MAIN LT PANEL FOR TERMINAL BUILDING (LOCATION - BASEMENT) (with 05 Incomer, 02 Bus coupler and sixteen out goings) and associated Bus duct and cable using Thermal Imaging Cameras equipment for Electrical Inspections / trouble shooting in panel board) complete as mentioned in Annexure- B as per technical specification and detailed maintenance schedule as applicable given in the SCC which includes Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly / Yearly checks. {w.e.f. 15.07.2021 or handing over site whichever is later.}

Planned preventive maintenance on Monthly basis for Sub-station equipments i.e. MAIN L.T. PANEL & SYNCHRONIZING PANEL (SERVICE YARD SUB-STATION) (with 03 Incomer, 02 Bus coupler) and associated Bus duct and cable using Thermal Imaging Cameras equipment for Electrical Inspections / trouble shooting in panel board) complete as mentioned in Annexure- B as per technical specification and detailed maintenance schedule as applicable given in the SCC which includes Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly / Yearly checks. {w.e.f. 15.07.2021 or handing over site whichever is later.}

Planned preventive maintenance on Monthly basis for Sub-station equipments i.e. 1000 KVA , 11KV/415 Volts Distribution Transformers (Oil type) and associated Bus duct and cables at Service yard alongwith their accessories as mentioned in Annexure- B complete as per technical specification and detailed maintenance schedule as applicable given in the SCC which includes Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly / Yearly checks. {w.e.f. 15.07.2021 or handing over site whichever is later.}

Planned preventive maintenance on Monthly basis for Sub-station equipments i.e. 2000 KVA,11KV/415 Volts Distribution Transformers (DRY TYPE) and associated Bus duct and cables at Terminal Building basement alongwith their accessories as mentioned in Annexure- B complete as per technical specification and detailed maintenance schedule as applicable given in the SCC which includes Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly / Yearly checks. {w.e.f. 15.07.2021 or handing over site whichever is later.}

Dehydration and filteration of transformer oil at site by using filteration machine, providing reuired oil including testing the BDV and acidity before and after testing and submission of test reports for 1000 KVA, 11KV/433V Transformer of VOLTAMP make as per system requirement.
