Excavation in foundation in soil mixed with moorum/kanker/B.C soil etc. requiring the use of special T&P such as pickaxe, subbals etc. including lift up to 1.50 M and lead up to 30 M complete as per direction of E/I. and as per S.I. No. 252

P.C.C with cement, coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast in the proportion of 1:3:6 respectively in foundation & plinth including cost of material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

C.R. with cement and coarse sand mortar in the proportion of 1:4 respectively in foundation & plinth including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying reinforced Cement Concrete (M-25) in substructure as per drawing & technical specification clause 800 (Excuding cost of Reinforcement)

Supply fitting and placing MS bar reinforcement in supperstructure complete as per drawing and techanical specificatin Clauses 1002.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Sub Structure complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.PCC Grade M 20 (Nominal Mix 1:2:4)

Raised cement pointing with cement and fine sand mortar in the proportion of 1:3 respectively over stone masonary including all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
