REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF FLAME PROOF SUB MAIN WIRING, DBS, AND FITTING FIXTURES AT SOUTH LOOP AREA AT AF STN NAL UNDER GE (AF) NAL

Taking down U/S existing sub main wiring copper/ aluminium conductor including PVC or steel conduit/ casing and capping etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub main wiring complete with 05 runs ( 3 Nos for three phase, Neutral & Earthing colour code) of single core 10 sqmm fire retardant low smoke and halogen (FRLSH) PVC insulated copper conductor cable multistranded and sheathed LT 1100 V grade drawn through and including steel metallic conduit ISI marked and accessories surface fixed on wall /floor etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 05 runs of cable and 01 run of steel conduit shall be measured as one unit for measurement purposes.

Note:- 03 runs of cable and 01 run of steel conduit shall be measured as one unit for measurement purposes.

Note:- 03 runs of cable and 01 run of steel conduit shall be measured as one unit for measurement purposes.

Supply & fixing in repair LED 1x20 watt FLAME PROOF tube light fixture luminaries including integral reflector made of diecast aluminum alloy LM6 , with electronic ballast, bipin holders, .connector block, etc., and all accessories pre-wired and including connecting up with suitable size copper conductor twin core cable including taking out existing unserviceable normal or flame proof light complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair round high bay light LED flameproof well glass in die cast AL housing with heat resistant toughened glass suitable for Gas/Vapour group of IIA & IIB and zone 1 & 2 of 60 watt capacity including taking out existing unserviceable lights complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Flame proof - weather proof CMRI approved MCB socket & plug with 16 AMP rotary switch combined 16 A, 250V (2P+Earth) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Flame proof - weather proof CMRI approved 3 phase MCB socket & plug 32 Amp with rotary switch combined 500V(4P+Earth) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair Flame proof Sheet metal enclosure SPN 4 way for fixing MCBs 240 volt including MCB DP 20 A- 1 No as incomer & MCBs SP 6 to 16 Amps-2 Nos as outgoing complete all as specified and directed .
