REPAIRS TO ROLLING SHUTTER, GATE AND OTHER CONNECTED MISC WORKS AT X, L AND MES AREA AT AFS DIGARU

Taking down unserviceable rolling shutters/sliding gates for repairang including necessary greasing and replacement of UNSV portion like anchoring road, ball bearing, shutter etc and re fixing in the same opening complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as Supply only.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel round bars Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A, in available lengths complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Ball bearing for rolling shutter as per existing size complete all as specified and directed

S&F steel rolling shutters of 1.25 mm thick without ball bearing as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp & staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel, plain, black sheet, 1.25 mm thick in wall cladding,steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachement conforming to Fe-290 (Grade E-165) complete all as specified and directed.
