Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in deep getting out in hard/dense soil for stay assembly/laying of cable/erection of poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 10.0 Sqmm 2 core with required aluminium cable lugs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm up to test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel wire mesh and medium grade GI earth strip protection pipe 40mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unsv earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Material & Labour for Installation, testing and commissioning of chemical earthing complete with 50 mm dia copper pipe filled with chemical/ magnisium sulphate as manufacturer's recommendation buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2mtr below normal ground level, earth electrode 25 x 3 mm copper strip connected to test point up to 7 mtr length with copper/ brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer beside brazing at all joints as directed and earthing lead protected with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe from electrode and upto the earth test point with and including excavation in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil, PCC pit chamber in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover 50 mm thick in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia MS deformed bars @75 mm C/C both ways incl MS angle iron frame of size 40mm x 40mm x 3mm and incl testing the earthing on completion including taking down of old unserviceable earthing of any type, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earthing strip with protection pipe up to 7 Mtr length. (ii) earth resistance should be less that 1 Ohm and recorded results to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Old earthings are conventional type and sch of credit has been accounted for accordingly.

Supply and Fixing GI tubing light grade 50mm bore, ISI marked, for cable protection in road crossing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty flat twin core cable PVC insulated with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6.0 sqmm and overall PVC sheathed in service connections from OH conductor to buildings/ security lights incl taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No. 21.00 here-in-before but 10.0 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Cross arms including replacement of bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including dismantling/ taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing LED Street light fitting 45Watt new generation energy saving & environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP-66 road luminaire with high power LEDs as light source and electronic driver including with taking down of old/ unservicable fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing Security light Bracket made out of galvanised steel light grade pipe of 40mm dia, 1.5 mtr long bend to an angle of 120 degree with 02 Nos mild steel clamp 50mm x 50mm and 04 sets of nuts, bolts and washers painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl dismantling taking down unsv complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The end point of the bracket shall be provided with a 25mm dia reducer nipple to fit with the light fittings housing.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of sintex box thermo plast (weather proof) IP 66, on street light poles made out of thermoplastic of size 300mm x 200 mm x 105 mm size with connector for connecting incoming and outgoing of cable including 01 No of MCB DP 06 Amps to control the pole light circuit and MS brackets made out of 32 x 4 mm flats for fixing the box on post complete with nuts, bolts and washers and suitable size of double compression cable glands for incoming, outgoing of cable Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make Sintex Cat part No GSJB-3020 or equivalent make approved by GE.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of 200 watts flood light Warm white/ coolday light in colour as per site requirement, LM6 aluminium or higher grade powder coated and water proof pressure die cast aluminium enclosure, with inbuilt electronic drivers and IP 66 protection complete ,Single phase, etc fixing in MS chanel by drilling hole of suitable , size, using nut, bolts and washers of suitable size including suitable mounting structure on existing pole as reqd at the site, incl dismantling taking down unsv complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully aluminium /GI strip of any size and type from site complete, all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for fixing in replacement of aluminum strip of size 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles from above test point to Air Termination rods inter connections including brazing for joints copper/brass nuts , bolts /washers with insulators for necessary fixing on wall/laid on roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour for fixing in replacement of galvanised iron strip of size 32 x 6 mm for earth continuity from test point to aluminium conductors above for inter connections including brazing for joints copper/brass nuts, bolts/ washers with insulators for necessary fixing on wall/trenches etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for fixing in replacement of Air termination, single pointed aluminum rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long laying at proper distance as per direction of Engr-in-Charge incl all cutting /welding complete, all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for fixing in replacement of test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75x 75x75 mm drilled and screwed incl 3 Nos 8 mm dia head screw complete, all as specified and directed.

Note for Srl Item No. 38.00:- (i) Drawing and design of the panel will be approved by GE before procurement. (ii) Mounting stand for LT Panel to be made of MS angle iron of suitable size duly painted with black colour in two coats over the one coat of red oxide primer is deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates. (iii) Cost of transportation from factory to site and labour charges for fixing and testing incl making connections of panel complete will deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate of item itself. (iv) The above job includes making connections with LT cable inc provn of suitable cable glands for cable entry complete.

Dismantling of Solar Water Heating system Collector or tube type and Suppy & Fixing new, evacuated tube, suitable for any type panel set of 500 LPD to 1000 LPD capacity complete with side holder necessary modification to the bracket frame/ inlet/ outlet connection of water incl connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement Heating Element capacity 3.0/6.0 KW (as per existing sample) ISI Marked round/ tringular base, push type or thread type including rubber washer suitable for Solar water heater of capacity 250 Ltrs to 1000 Lts capacity including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : MCCBs of various sizes required at site shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Supply and Fixing MCCB 63 Amps 4 Pole 415 V, 50 Hz adjustable thermal type ( 80% to 100% ) and adjustable magnetic setting, breaking capacity 16 kA , ICS =100 ICU with extended terminals connecting up in the existing panel complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs hot water tank of capacity upto 1000 ltrs, SS 304, including provision for inlet and outlet of hot water, pressure release system. Hot water tank shall be made of 5 mm thick MS sheet duly insulated with glass wool / rock wool / Puf, aluminium / stainless steel cladding all around the tank and heat exchanger compartment etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Comprehensive maintenance of all electrical light fittings/ fixtures of any type, all street light fittings/ solar street light fittings of any type, fitted on pole/bldgs at any height with suitable fixing arrangement by intitally checking all the connections, replacing the drivers/ controllers, surge protection devices, control wirings incl DB boxes complete all as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : (i) The job also includes taking down unsv street light fitting of any capacity from any height from the pole/bldgs, refixing it after repairs by adjusting the height with suitable fixing arrangement as directed. (ii) The job includes removing all the hanging wires, cables, PVC pipes, old rusted clamps in the bldgs and making good all as directed. (iii) The job also includes petty maintanance works to all electrical eqpts for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed (iv) All T&P including ladders for repair works shall be arranged by the contractor. (v) Spare parts required for maintanace works to be replaced under comprehensive maintenance shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (vi) A Maintanance team comprising of 01x Elect alongwith 01x helper shall be made available by the contractor to carry out maintanance work on requirement (monthly) basis including sundays and holidays. (vii) Cost for the entire job shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the item itself.
