M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) internal plaster on brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering in CM (1:4) 20 mm thick in two coats (15 mm under coat + 5mm finishing coat) on brick/concrete surfaces with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement in finishing coat and finishing the surface even and fair. (Note :- WPC will be measured and paid seperately).

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of ceilings in CM (1:3), finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified

Supply only 5.50 mm thick float glass (area of each pane exc 0.50 sqm) fixed in aluminium sliding window/door shutters etc complete all sas specified and directed.

S&F for Solar controlled film 50 micron reflective type sticked to glass as per instructions of manufacturers all specified and directed.

Taking down door/ window shutter with frame (without taking off shutters from frame) of any description exc. 1.50 Sqm not exc 4.00 Sqm each etc complete all as specified and as direted.

S&F for Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as direted.

Supply, and fixing 30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails mitred and jointed at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 25x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickenss. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x30 mm and 2 mm ( + 0.2 mm) wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/ galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats.
