Providing Air Circuit Breaker (ACB), Four Pole 415 V 50Ka AC. Manual Draw out type Microprocessor based release of rating 4000 Amperes. Make: L&T/Siemens/Schneider
Dismantling of old 800 amp ACB other accessories from existing Panel ,removing of all cable connection after taking shut down with help of cutter, heavy labor etc.

Providing /fixing and making connection of bus bar of suitable size for 800Amp. Current carrying capacity including links, bends, aluminum bus bar having sufficient cross section area insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve in phase color identification. The bus bar support insulator made out from SMC/DMC. All hardware item for connection/joints shall be in high tensle.

Current carrying capacity including links, bends, aluminum bus bar having sufficient cross section area insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve in phase color identification. The bus bar support insulator made out from SMC/DMC. All hardware item for connection/joints shall be in high tensle.
Fixing of the ACB 800Amp. in the existing L T Panel Board including providing & fabrication & fixing of the base frames of suitable sizes for ACBs in the chamber. Replacement/Modification in panel door. along with complete wiring including providing and fixing of necessary ferrules etc.

Testing & commissioning of the installed equipments, testing of the ACB/ panel prior to switching on as follow i) Continuity and earth testing ii) Meggaring of all equipments for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth. iii) Interlocking tests. iv) All function tests
