Taking down unsv Exhaust Fan 200/230/300 mm sweep 230 v, AC supply, single phase from site, depositing in MES store yard, dismantling all parts, checking serviceability of all parts & continuity of copper winding, (Burn out winding Fan should be staking aside for rewinding), including cleaning all the components of fan, oiling , greesing, including replacement of rusted lunsv nuts. bolts split Din rubber Dad . machine screws. shaft, caoacitor, clamos. etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out, burnt winding wire from ceiling fans (Which required rewinging, Obtained from item No.01) motor of 1200/1400 mm sweep 230 v, AC supply, single phase, Transporting to contractor workshop for rewinding the same with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge/turns & size, thoroughly cleaning all the components complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out, burnt winding wire from Exhaust fans (Which required rewinging, Obtained from item No.02) motor of 300 mm sweep 230 v, AC supply, single phase, Transporting to contractor workshop for rewinding the same with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge/turns & size, thoroughly cleaning all the components of fan, oiling ,complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sri Item No-116 here-in-above but for exhaust fan of size 400/450 mm of any make complete all as specified and directed.

S&f in replacement ball bearing of ceiling / exhaust fan of any size and make as required with alignment of shaft and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement of AC film capacitor 4.0 mfd, 440 volts suitable for any type ceiling fan/exhaust fan in FR plastic casing including connection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of desert cooler fixed at any position, cleaning internally and externally by scraping all scales dirt etc and repairs to desert cooler to check leakage, tightening ( By replacing screws, nuts and bolts etc) including painting of desert cooler with spray machine with two coats of synthetic enamel hammer tone paint over one coat of red oxide primer, letters, Refixing of the desert cooler after necessary oilling and greasing of fan and water lifting pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying in replacement Fan motor 1/6 HP, 230 volt, single phase for the existing desert cooler complete all soecified and directed

Supplying in replacement Water lifting pump, Vertical type, 18 watts, 230 volt, 50 C/S, single phase suitable for desert coolers complete all specified and directed

Supplying in replacement Side panel made out of 1.0 mm thick Gl sheet, fixed with iron handle suitable for desert coolers of capacity 3000 cfm including two coats of synthetic enamel hammer tone paint over a one coat of red oxide primer on both side of Dane! complete all specified and directed

Supplying in replacement High density polythene pipe 15 mm dia complete all specified and directed

Supplying in replacement Complete steel body of desert cooler of capacity 3000 cfm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel hammer tone paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The body of desert cooler shall be fabricated as under ( a ) The top and bottom made out of 1.25 mm thick Gl sheet. ( b ) side panels (set of three) made out 1.00 mm thick Gl sheet. ( c) Front Grill of suitable size and of approved quality.

Supplying and Replacement Three-way water distributor, heavy duty, PVC, including necessary nuts and bolts complete and taking out old distributor complete all specified and directed

Supplying in replacement of capacitor 4 mfd suitable for Desert cooler complete all as specified and directed

Re-wiring of desert cooler with suitable size of copper conductor PVC insulated cable and providing main lead three metre long of 3 core PVC insulated copper conductor of size 23/ .0076 complete all specified and directed

Dismantling and taking out Old, Unserviceable fan motor from the desert cooler and rewinding with supper enamel copper winding wire of suitable size, varnishing etc including replacement of bushes, assembling testing and refixing at the existing site complete all as specified and directed

M& L for fabrication of desert cooler stand made out of MS angle iron 40x40x6mm thick all as per existing size suitable at site incl painting ith two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer coat replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to voltage stabilizer of any make, single phase with input voltage 135 - 190 V and output voltage 200-240 volt, capacity 5 KVA by dismantling and taking out burnt main transformer and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including varnishing and insulation material etc. Complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No- 141 here in before but for capacity 03 KVA

Disconnecting the inlet and outlet connections of the existing Geyser 25/50 Ltr, taking down carefully, cleaning/descaling the blocks both in Gl pipes and water heater refixing the bolts by proper grouting in the wall and refixing the water heater in the same or in other places as directed by Engr in charge

S&F in place of unsv PVC connection of any make with (ISI Mark) having10mm dia, 45 cm long with steel reinforcement suitable for hot & cold-water geyser outlet supply with 02 Nos of Unions/ cup shaped cover with washers all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
