MW(Cons) Special Repairs of Madikeri Palace Building inside Fort Complex at Madikeri
Erection and Removal of scaffolding to support the damaged roof of palace, existing wooden structured Managalore tiled roof supporting truss to achieve supports while working over roofing system for removing old tiles, roofing sheets and relaying of roofing sheets, Magalore tiles etc.,
Careful dismantling of Mangalore tiles from damaged Mangalore tiled roofing system without damaging any other surrounding structural members of palace , then stacking for reuse on to roofing including of cost all lead, lift of materials and labour etc complete.
Dismantling and removing damaged reapers and rafter to attend the repair in joinery without damaging any other parts of a building structure etc. complete as per the directions of the site / work in charge.
Providing and fixing to required line and slope new/ old (40% new 0.5mm. thick,) roofing aluminum sheets in the damaged portions of roof over existing rafters, wooden members including cost of materials ,labours , lead, lift etc., complete.
Supplying of new wood reapers and rafters for fixing Mangalore tiles and aluminum zinc sheet in required size and dimensions as per direction of engineer works in charge.
Labour charges for repairing, fitting and fixing of new wooden members / old rafters and reapers at position during repairing and resetting to its position without causing any damages to the other components of wooden members, roofing system with all necessary arrangements and all lead and lift of materials etc complete .
