Repair to 2 Nos 5HP/0.6 cusec diesel engine driven dewatering Pump sets by way of dismantling engines and extracting out the parts like head, piston-liner assemblies, valves, rocker assemblies, fuel pumps etc. Removing/cleaning of carbon deposits with recommended chemicals. Draining of existing contaminated M-oil, cleaning the oil sump and then P/Filling of 3.5 ltr M-Oil to each engine. Idle testing the engines. Job includes cost of material, labour & fuel charges for idle testing of engines at ware house D/W station, Jammu.job also includes dismantling of 0.6 cusec pumps, extracting the shafts, bearings, impellers, gland sets and cotter sets. Reassembling the pumps by P/F of new gaskets, nuts bolts, gland packing and greasing the bearings properly. refitting the repaired pumps and coupling it with engines by p/f of new nuts & bolts. Job further include repair to 3 Nos 10HP/1.2 cusec diesel engine driven dewatering Pump sets by way of dismantling engines and extracting out the parts like heads, piston-liner assemblies, valves, rocker assemblies, fuel pumps etc. Removing/cleaning of carbon deposits with recommended chemicals. Draining of existing contaminated M-oil, cleaning the oil sump and then P/Filling of 5 ltr M-Oil in the each engine. Idle testing the engines. Complete Job includes cost of material, labour & fuel charges for idle testing of engines at ware house D/W station, Jammu including . repair to 1.2 cusec pumps by dismantling of pumps, extracting the shafts, bearings, impellers, gland sets and cotter sets. Reassembling the pumps by P/F of new gaskets, nuts bolts, gland packing and greasing the bearings properly. Refitting the repaired pumps and coupling it with engines . job also involves repairs to 1 No damaged trolley by way of dismantling of damaged tyre rim set and providing and fitting of new rim set with nuts and bolts alongwith proper greasing, fitting of tyre with rim and finally to trolly. Job further includes loading of 2No new diesel driven dewatering pump sets (12.5HP X 1.0 Cusec) in mechanical vehicle with the help of skilled labour, tools and tackles etc. at divisional store Jammu and then shifting to ware house dewatering store, unloading the engine pump sets using proper tools and tackles on temporary ramp and then to stacking site. Providing and filling of 3 ltr M Oil to each engine. The job involves providing and fitting of reinforced flexible suction pipe 20 feet long of 3 inch dia and canvas cotton hose delivery pipe 50 feet long of 3 inch dia , nipples, etc.to both the engine pump sets including testing by way of shifting the said pump sets along with accessories to nearest water source and then back shifting to Ware house station after proper testing and then stacking properly.
