Demoliation of brick work, PCC, RCC work built in cement morter at any place and heigh. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Dismantling of ceiling board (any type and thickness) / insulation board including cover fillets/ sanp grid frame work. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

M&L for chase cutting, pinning in, making good to facing where required and pointing in cement morter 1:3 for cutting exceeding 10 cm and not exc. 20 cm girth. All complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

M&L for doing MS framework with angle, channel, joist, tee section [Fe 410 - W (Gde-E-250) quality-A ] as per requirement including cutting, bending, welding fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates at any place and height. all complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Dismantling of Corrugated / semicorrugated asbestos cement sheeting in roof covering. All complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

S & F of 6mm thk. Asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheet in roof, wall, fixed with L-type or J-Type or cranked hook, bolts. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Dismantling of plain /Corrugated / semicorrugated steel sheeting any gauge and thickness, in roof covering. All complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

M&L for fixing of 1.00mm thk plain galvanised mild steel sheeting in ridge, hips, valley gutter, drip, straigt flashing, All complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

M&L for doing PCC with 12.50 mm stone chips @ 1:2:4 nominal mix. (Brand : Ambuja, ACC, Ultratech or it's equivalent). All complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

M & L for doing brick work with sub class 'B'bricks stright or curved on plan exc. 6m radius in 1:6 cement morter with old sized bricks. All complete in all respect as directed by EIC. (Cement Brand: ACC/Ambuja/ Ultratech or it's equivalents)

M&L for 15 mm thk. 1:4 ratio new cement plaster. All complete in all respect as directed by EIC. (Brand : Ambuja, ACC, Ultratech or it's equivalent)

Fixing only aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling , all as specified. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Fixing only wood wool building slabs / Perforated particle board on aluminium snap grid frame work with staples on ceiling. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Preparation of surface & M&L for applying two coats of white wash with approved adhesive as required on old wall surface. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Preparation of new surface and M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer over new iron surface. (Brand : Asian Paints, Berger Paints, Dulux or its equivalent). All complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Preparation of old surface and M & L for applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint . (Brand : Asian Paints, Berger Paints, Dulux or its equivalent). All complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Removing the demolished building material/rubbisehs etc outside the factory premisses.
