Excavating over area n. exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m from the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filing and and mass concreate, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to faces of concrete walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc vertica or to batter for flat rough finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing in any type of soil n.exc 15 cm deep watering and removing surplus soil a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filing and and mass concreate, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type- C-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels & drains, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 600mm bore dia reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes of bore 600mm including packing under,and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including necessary shuttering and supports, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm dia and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised mild steel staples, complete all as specified and directed.

Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles as necessary agusset plate, riveting etc. n. exc 10kg each brackets conforming to FE 290 Grade E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Prepration of new or previously steel surfaces any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick Vitrified Ceramic tiles, Light shade, (square/rectangle) Polished area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but n exc 0.42 sqm, in verticle surfaces like skirting, Dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles over and including 15mm thick bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 including dismantling of old existing tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured printed tiles (first quality) of size 350 mm x 250 mm x 7 mm/450 mm x 350 mm x 7 mm thick as in vertical surface, dado/skirting, over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including dismantling of old existing tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mm bore dia reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete as specified and directed.

Schedule 'A' Part-II (Internal Electrification)

Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light fan, socket and power) complete with fittings such as switches, sockets, lamps holder, utility light fitting, fan regulator etc and making good disturbed surface of walls and floors etc. and keeping in safe custody for taking credit, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down ceiling fan any sweep, removing blades, cleaning the fan completly for dust and dirt and hanging the same back to its original position including connecting the 3 core flexible copper wire to ceiing rose etc after the completion the point wiring including replacement old unservicable fan hook, rubber pad, nut bolts and washers etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down existing energy meters, keeping aside safely & refixing the same in its original position after making functional & after completion of point wiring/sub main wiring, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- Small items required for fixing the electric energy meter at site shall be provided by the contractor and cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Taking down existing electric water heater, keeping aside safely & refixing the same in its original position after servicing of the whole geyser/making functional and afer completion f wiring work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- If any part found unserviceable during the refixing of water heater at site shall be provided by the contractor and cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLS cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 20mm dia ,concealed in wall and surface on ceiling with all conduit fittings & fixing acessories inculding sunken anodised pressed steel terminal box not less than 1.2mm thick covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of suitable size with brass screws for mounting switches, sockets, regulators with and including 1.5sqmm FRLS multi stranded copper conductor drawing as continuous earth wire connected to main earth and earth dolly complete all as specified for the following;-
