Proviiding and fixing vitrified tiles of size 600x600mm of approved make of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, ORIENT, JOHNSONS & RAK in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement coarse sand morter 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles HSR 14.89

Providing & fixing virtified tiles of size 600x600mm of approved make in skirting/ dado laid in any pattern as specified over base of 12mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. (HSR14.90)

Providing & fixing creamic/anti skid tiles of size 400x400mm or above size of approved make in flooring, laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles. (HSR14.91)

Providing & fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to IS 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 coarse and jointed with grey cement slurry i/c pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shades complete size of ceramic Glazed tiles 300x450mm. Preparation of plastered surfaces for oil bound distemper i/c sand papering the surface, applying one coat of linseed oil and filling with approved quality filler, consisting of white lead, linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish, complete HSR 16.52

Distempering with washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two coats on old distempered work. HSR 16.60

Finishing walls with exterior decorative cement based paint such as snowcem Robbiacem etc. on old work, one coat to give an even shade. HSR Item no 16.62

Painting two coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint. HSR 16.5
