STATOR WATER SYSTEM Stator water Secondary Cooler overhaul: Stator water Secondary cooler removing end covers from the secondary cooler at both ends. Cleaning the cooler tubes using cleaning brush and water. Testing the cooler for 4 Kg pressure and checking the leakage. Plugging the leaking tube. Refixing the end covers and painting the coolers external after overhaul.

Stator water Secondary Cooler external painting: Painting one coat of enamel paint at outside of the tank, including cost of paint & consumables.

Stator water Secondary storage tank Cleaning & internal painting: Opening the manhole and cleaning inside of the storage tank. Painting two coats of epoxy paint at inside of the storage tank.

Stator water Surge tank complete cleaning and floate valve operation checking

Stator water Surge tank external painting: Painting one coat of enamel paint at outside of the tank

Stator water secondary system 150mm valve overhauling: Dismantling the valve internals, cleaning checking and rectifying any damage polishing the seating portion, blue matching replacement of gasket, rope etc. Assembling painting and refixing properly.

EXPANSION TANK: Cleaning of the tank, opening the top cover of the tank. Drain the water, dismantling the float valve. Checking up of its operation. Re fixing the valve after cleaning.

Stator water Expansion tank external painting: Painting one coat of enamel paint at outside of the tank including cost of paint & consumables.

Stator water ejector: Cleaning of the ejector, Disconnection of the pipe lines from the ejector, Removal of the ejector. Dismantling, cleaning and reassembling of what connected to the system.

SEAL OIL SYSTEM DAMPER TANK OVERHAUL: Revisioning of Damper Tank

Hydraulic Seal tank Overhaul: Hydralic seal tank Draining of the oil. Removal of the float valve. Cleaning the tank valve, changing of the gaskets, reassembling after gaskets changing. External Painting.

Earth Pit: Opening of all earth pit in Unit I Transformer Yard, cleaning the earth electrodes, pit, checking the joints and earthing rod if necessary, Closing the cover after completion of work. Displaying the measured values.

Labour charges for painting of two coat of black enamel paint to painting the earth pit cover in transformer yard of GTs, UATs, UST & SST in unit-I transformer yard including cost of paint & consumables.
