M &L for self levelling cementitious compound with average thickness 12mm (Nitoflor levelcrete of FOSROC Make as equivalent) after surface preparation/cleaning of existing concrete surface curing etc. complete as specified and as directed and as per manufactures instructions.

M&L for Providing and applying antiskid flooring system over sound and moisture free concrete / screed surface( Trafficguard UR-150 of FOSROC make as equipment) after proper surface preparation and surface cleaning, application of epoxy primer (Nitoprime-25 of FOSROC make or equivalent) at the rate of 0.2 to 0.3 lit/m², immediately apply Traffic guard UR150 wear course - PU Coating @ 0.2 lit/m² etc. complete as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of brick work or stone/boulder built in lime mortar or cement mortar including all quins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work & precast concrete articles for portion ordered to be dismantled and removing debris outside MOD land ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight of curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in in CM 1:6 ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for light shade vetrified ceramic tiles 8 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floor & skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.45 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors & skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 900x450x7mm thick glazed coloured ceramic tiles as in vertical surface and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic Coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair of leakage sunk slab Toilet : (floor Area of toilet not more than 3 Sqm) a)First Remove tiles, pipes, filled brick concrete, etc. from the sunken slab. Clean floor and side of the sunken slab properly of concrete or any other type b)Cover the brick masonry on all four sides by placing 6 mm diameter rods in 50 mm thick (1: 1.5: 3) concrete. Place a hole for drainage pipe as well as 40 mm diameter drainage spout pipe in the concrete of the outer wall c) Cover the brick masonry on all four sides by placing 6 mm diameter rods in 50 mm thick (1: 1.5: 3) concrete. Place a hole for drainage pipe as well as 40 mm diameter drainage spout pipe in the concrete of the outer wall d) Provide a slope of 1/40 towards the outside at the bottom concrete.e) Install a 40 mm diameter spot pipe in the outer wall at the end of the floor slope. Keep this spout pipe about 225 mm away from the outside wall. f) Then do plaster 12 mm CM 1:3 thick on the inner surface of the concrete by adding waterproof compound g) Apply two coats of polymer / PU on the inner side and floor of the sunken area. Apply two coats of 85/25 grade bitumen on it. Also, apply a bitumen coat on the GI Pipe h) Then lay a 150 mm thick brick bats coba layer at the bottom. Application of waterproof chemical in two layers of STP/ FOSROC/ CHOKSY/ASIAN or equivalent (j) Arrange 75mm dia PVC soil pipe without joints on it. Use the pipe in one piece so that there are no joints in the soil pipe. Once the Joints of the pipe are ready, fill it with water, and test for leakage after 24 hours and carry out smoke test. If seepage dampness occured then redo the plaster & other necessary treatment to stopped leakage or dampness. Note :- Rate shall be inclusive of all material and labours nothing shall be paid extra. (k) After the joint test of the pipe, fill the top of the pipe and stone aggregate with cement concrete of 1: 5: 10. (l) Laying tiles on top of cement concrete. Fill the joints of the tiles with acrylic waterproof paints, Epoxy lapi shall be use for fill joints make : fosroc or SIKA or equivalent .Size of floor tiles shall not less than 0.18 Sqm to 0.36 Sqm Non skid vetrified tiles pattern shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Steel work in tubular trusses and similar works including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240,etc for ornamental and intricate design , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Plates (plain ) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted,bolted or welded attachment, Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A,flat iron, etc with ornamental and intricate design , complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge,thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering is any position all as specified and removing them outside MOD Land , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 6mm thick polycarbonate double layered sheets of approved shades fixed over roof trusses fixed with self tapped screw, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or crank hook bolt in lieu of screw using necessary scaffolding upto height 15m,complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated , semicorrugated etc) sheet in roof , wall coverings ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 6mm thick Asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs , walls fixed with L-type or J-type or crank hook bolts , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws as specified etc using necessary scaffolding upto height 15m,complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for all Item Included in BOQ: 1.The contractor shall deploy skilled tradesman i.e. carpenter, plumber , mason , welder etc with his helper. All workers need to be having police verification for Airport entry (MIAL) and required T&P , and collect the complaints slips daily morning from AGE B/R (AF) Kalina office by the contractor/supervisor and same shall be resubmitted at evening within completion of job duly signed by user. 2.In case of failure to attend the complaint within 48 hrs the contractor shall be charged @400 Rs per complaint against outstanding complaint. 3.After Perodical service of the Qtr/building the contractor will clean all the paint marks from glass panes , electric switch boards and fittings , doors windows and should clean the floor , dado and all scraped material shall thrown away from MOD land without any extra cost.
