M&L TMT bars of 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to lenth, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of 1mm thcik wall care putty & including a coat of emulsion wall primer all as per manufacture's instructions & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L designer matte finished chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x20cm 25mm thick reflective type with heavy duty, set, jointed and pointed in neat cment slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavating over areas exc 1.5 m deep for each additional 1.5 m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m and getting out as directed by Engineer-in?charge

M&L for cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains.

M&L brick work with fly ash old size bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for drilling 300mm dia borehole by DTH cum rotary at any depth below the ground level in any kind of rock/soil incl hard stone/boulders incl electronic logging, MS cap, MS flt iron clamp, reducing socket etc up to 150 m depth incl disposal of surplus soil to a distance exc 5 km away complete all as directed and specified. Note- The depth of drilling bore shall be upto water table and will be directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F self perforated unplasticised PVC pipes 200mm dia of pressure rating 10kg/Sqcm fixed complete to wall or ceiling or in floors complete all as specified. Note-The rates quoted in above items is deemed to be inclusive of all T&P equipments and labour required for execution of this item at site including transportation charge for the said T&P equipments and no extra cost shall be paid for the same.

Supply, installation and testing of UPVC pipe for Air vent-200 mm Dia (SCH-40) with all necessary fittings including jointing and jointing materials all as specified and directed.

M&L for loose filling with broken stone aggregates of guage 40 to 80 mm in pits, wells all as apecified and directed.

M&L for preparation and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over a coat of 1 mm thick putty on newly plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying putty of min 1 mm thickness to prepare the surface even and smooth and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as speciifed. Note:- Paint to be applied with airless spray machine .

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or mechanical means, including filling depression of scrapped surfaces with putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1 mm thick putty complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1.5 mm thick powder coated aluminium partiton wall, partly panelled and partly glazed, size of aluminium section 44x44x1.5 mm th divided in square or rectangular (n exc 1.2 sqm each panel), top panel shall be glazed with 5.50 mm thick sheet glass any shade or tint and bottom panel shall be made of 5 mm thick ACP sheet of any shade or colour as directed by Engr-in-Charge including necessary cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket complete all as specified.

M&L in repairs false ceiling with 4 mm thick E-board white prelaminated set embossed reinforced designer ceiling board of approved texure fixed with GI imposed grid frame work of size not more than 600 x 600 mm having 24 mm wide T- section, runner made of 0.33 mm GI sheet and angle made of 0.45 mm GI sheet, suspended with 2 mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450x300x7mm/600x300x7mm thick, set and joiunted in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of serial item No 56 above but on vertical surface over & including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and directed.
