Repair to Police Station Building Ramagir for the year 2026-27_Building

Supplying fitting & fixing of G.C.I sheet in roofdrilling holes in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties with all T&P etc completeincluding cost of fittings and all materials, labour,with T & P,Cess etc required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade S-415 cutting bending,binding, cranking hooking, welding jointing (if required) the M.S.Rods or Tor steel & binding wires and binding tying the grills hoisting lowering & placing in proper position as required for RCC works with cost conveyance &of M.S. Rods or Tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&Prequired for the work with Cess etc,complete in all floors (weight of binding wire will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. Rods or Tor steel only) etc. in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth asper direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 23.5 cm (9inch) thick layers including watering and ramming with all cost, conveyance, royalityof all materials, and labour with T&P required for the work including Cess etc complete. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry includinghoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where neCessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance royality, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, labour of all materials and including hire & running charges of machineries required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and Cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:11/2:3) with 12mm size clean crusher broken granite chips aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick including frame work where neCessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering if neCessary with cost, conveyanceroyalty labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machinaries T&P required for the work including supplying and working of pumps and Cess as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Well burntClamp burnt brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth andsuperstructure using C.B. bricks of 23cm X 11cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength not less than 75 kg per sq. cm. including splays, cutting, circular moulding, chamfering corbelling and similar such type of works with all neCessary projections watering and curing, after immersing the brick in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, Cess & T&P required for the work with royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, & labour & cess etc required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. etc. complete in all respect in all floors and as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of E.C. bags.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster in C.M (1:4) finsihed smooth brick work with neat cement punning watering & curing for seven daysand two coats of bitumen painting over top of walls and below the bearing of roof slab including cost and conveyance of all materials DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, labour with T&P required for the work including Cess with alland royalties etc, complete in all respects in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) to ceilling of roof lintel and chajjas after chipping and chiselling the same and clearing the surface by wire brush finished smooth watering and curing for 7 days including cost,conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P & Cess required for the work withand royality, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, etc complete in all respects in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting one coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade over a coat of priming on new work to give an even shade with approved shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
