Taking down Old/Unserviceable Concrete pole with all accessories of any type/any size and remove from site all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not. exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5 deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to under ground cable with locally available dry sand for protection of cable 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying and stretching the cable below the bricks/PCC cover ,punning of sand using suitable T&P as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, Type 1, flat , size 300x180x40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrets cable cover class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250x150x40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping of poles with necessary plastering work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in trenches /laid in floor/duct/drawn through conduit HT XLPE insulated,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric power cables with aluminum conductor 11000 volts grade of cross sectional area 240 sqmm 3 core including connect to RMU,VCB, HT Panel with suitable size lugs and testing complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying in trenches /laid in floor/duct/drawn through conduit XLPE insulated,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100V grade with aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end tremination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm to 300 sq mm and testing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm to 400 sq mm and testing complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm dia galvanized iron tube light grade for cable protection, supporting to poles, plinth protections, road crossing, trenches, footpath etc, including Flat Iron clamps=02 Nos of size 50x6mm, with nut bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F route indicator for HT 11 KV cable of size 240 sqmm made of GI plate with angle iron 20cmx20cm and 40cm long including PCC work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of 11 KV Outdoor type 630 Amps RMU(Ring Main Unit) 03 way (One Incoming and two outgoing) floor mounted with internal copper bus bars(03 Nos) and consisting of 01 No fixed type motorized Vacuum Circuit Breaker(CCV+) as incomer and 02 Nos fixed motorized Load Break Switch as outgoing. All live parts, bus bars, LBSs connections of RMU should be enclosed in one tank to avoid multiple interconnections & sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite grade stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2.5 mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakdown.Also, the outdoor enclosure door shall cover the full length of the switchgear. It is preferable to have a design of accomodating minimum five nos. modules in a single tank wherever applicable .RMU should have complete accessories such as Ring core current transformer type 100/1A,2.5 VA,5P10 for protection,Terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable termination boots,battery-charger, mechanical indications for Load break switch ON/OFF, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200, 60265-1, 62271-102,62271-100 and 60694.Suitable for altitude of installation up to 1000m as per IEC 60120. Bushings shall be bolted type top mounted outside the tank for connection of external bus bar . Make : ABB/ Siemens / Schneider Note :- (i) All civil works incl foundation for RMU to be carried out as per manufacturer's speciifcation & drawings and the amount for the same are included in the rates quoted. (ii) Necessary T & P , trasportation etc are included in the rates quoted. (iii) Installation,testing & commissioning will be done by OEM rep.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32mm X 6mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board,LT panel etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt around earth plate, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for earth pit with pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle, GI light grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh, and 40 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : GI strip upto 7.5m is deemed included in the item.
