Excavation in trenches in soft and loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr depth for laying and taking out of electric power cable and getting out all as specified and directed by engineer –in-charge.

Earthing complete in replacement with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 3 of MES SSR part-I(1991) (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in soft/loose Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 40 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing.

Supply, Laying, connecting, testing and commissioning in replacement ( including taking out existing cable) LT cable of PVC sheathed XLPE cable armoured aluminium conductor 1100 V graded , 3.5 core,50 sqmm, after taking out/down old existing unserviceable from trenches / ducks/ road crossing and poles complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Excavation and earth work, cable protection (GI Pipe), sand filling,cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Fabrication Details : outdoor type stainless steel (SS 316) cubical enclosure compartmentalized exterior and interior mirror type brushed suitable for highly corrosive environment, high creep resistance, better mechanical properties like ductility, yield strength, hardness etc.The enclosure shall be made of 2 mm thick SS 316 sheet. The fixing of double doors shall be on SS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure). All fabrication/welding shall be done with TIG/MIG or as approved by Engineer in charge suitable for SS 316. Sliding handle and locking arrangement front and rear both side . Enclosure shall be suitable for AC supply system 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz. IP-55 class protection and mounted on channel 75 mm welded with panel of SS 316 with 04 Nos foundation bolt of size not less than 20mm dia and 300mm long. The enclosure shall have provision of cable alley . NOTE :-The above module consisting of one Load break Switch and 02 VCBs shall be alligned appropriately and must have electrical and mechanical interlocking as per latest electrical safety norms including foundation complete.

Supply & install ,testing and commissioning of transformer step down, outdoor type copper wound 11KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz 200 KVA capacity, core type, oil immersed naturally air cooled, oil natural air natural (ON AN) , with external cooling tubes/fins, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondry side (LV) and having taping at +5% to 10% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changergear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 40 degree celsius in oil and 45 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability prime grade crgo with M4 grade or better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS/IEC 60076and as per IS-1180 part - I of 2014 marked and shall comprise of the following :-

(a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer , with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 3 core 120 Sqmm, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty , armoured cables including jointing materials complete.

(b) One cable box on LT side(secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 3.5 core 240 sqmm, LT 1100 volts grade, PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (c ) conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel). (e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level guage, Oil drain filter valve, Lifting ligs,oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 of 1986 marked, filtered and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes, specific resistance at 27 Degree celsius Ohm-om 500 x 10 the power12, water content 50 PPM, Dielectric dissipation factor (tan Deta at 90 degree celsius) 0.005, Neutralisation value mg of KOH/gm of oil 0.03, Inter facial tension N/M at 27 Degree celsius - 0.04, flash point 140 Degree celsius and sluge 0.1 % by weight. (l) Providing adequate size and nos of channels, embeded in floor, for movement of transformer. (m) Tranformer losses shall not exceed the loses mentioned in Table 6 of IS: 1180 of 2014 Part - I with energy Effeciency level - II.

NOTE :- The above rate includes necessary Brick masonary , PCC & RCC work for the installation of transformer as directed by Engg-Charge at site.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
