Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for foundation laying of cables etc and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Fazilka sand as in sand cushioning to under ground cable including punning down complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Punning down thickness shall be measured.

M&L for brick protection cover of UG cable by old size bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub class `B’ laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing 40 mm bore light grade galavanised with all fitting complete for cable protection under road crossing/on pole/wall or similar position complete all as specified and directed.

Make bore to road width for providing GI pipe medium grade both end socketed for passing armoured cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT cable of size 10sqmm to 35sqmm 2/4/3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying , jointing and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 35 Sq mm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying , jointing and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 16 Sq mm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying , jointing and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 10 Sq mm 2 Core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level,the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15cm on all side and including connected to and including galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia upto 7.5 mtrs long by means of nuts and bolts, check nuts and washers of GI and connected to earthing test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR part I and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC(1:3:6)type C1 chamber,pre-cast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4),type B1,reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM,(weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm) with cast iron frame,funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade,wire mesh and lugs,GI protection pipe,15mm dia,light grade,7.5 mtr long for protection of earth lead upto test point etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L submain wiring with 2 runs of copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade 4 sqmm drawn through PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked 25mm dia as per IS specification fixed concealed in wall/ceiling including conduit and conduit accessories and incl provn of PVC insulated 4 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to earth dolly all as specified including dismantling old and making good to the disturbed surface by plastering and two coat of distamper all as directed at site Note : Two runs of 4 sqmm cable alongwith one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire, conduit and conduit accessories will be measured as one length).

M&L submain wiring with 2 runs of copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade 6 sqmm drawn through PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked 25mm dia as per IS specification fixed concealed in wall/ceiling including conduit and conduit accessories and incl provn of PVC insulated 6 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to earth dolly all as specified including dismantling old and making good to the disturbed surface by plastering and two coat of distamper all as directed at site Note : Two runs of 6 sqmm cable alongwith one run of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire, conduit and conduit accessories will be measured as one length ) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making hole in existing wall and making good the surface including neccessary cement work and matching with the existing paint complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting opening of Gear Box of any description and any make for Repair/replacement of unserviceable /defective parts including cleaning & servicing ,greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the Gear Box after overhauling/servicing and its testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting opening of Driver of existing make & model for repair/replacement of unserviceable /defective parts including cleaning & servicing, greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the Driver panel after overhauling/servicing and its testing complete all as specified and directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 of tender documents.
