Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Precast Reinforced cement concrete cover slabs for drains, water trought, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, including providing wheep holes as per the directions without any extra cost, type 1:3:6, C1, set in CM 1:6 , using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Mild steel TMT reinforcement bars of 5 mm dia and over up to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate , exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Hard core of gauge n.exc 63 mm , with broken stone or boulders , deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type D-2, (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and even mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Supply only of WPC shall be measured and paid separately). all as specified and directed.

Supply only of Integral waterproofing compound of approved make all as specified and directed.
